The below FOI was sent to MP Chris Leslie on 26 August 2017 with NO response and copied to , New Hall Governor: Susan Howard and HM Inspectorate of Prisons and also sent to the Information commissioner on 26 Sept 2017 who also did not respond. We have received shocking information regarding the present conditions Melanie Shaw is being held under in the UK prison system in breach of her human rights . See the following video we have been made aware of that exposes those conditions.

Under a Freedom of Information request please provide ASAP or before 20 working days

1. What information you have personally received regarding those conditions and failings?

2. What steps you have taken as her MP to ensure all her rights are being met under ECHR regulations?

Any attempt to suggest this cannot be provided due to privacy concerns will further exacerbate those torturous conditions she is being held under and will implicate you as her MP in the cover up. Further to this we now put you on notice of these serious issues and now hold you responsible for any future torture that is being meted out to Ms. Shaw while she is being held on trumped up charges within HM prison system. We seek an urgent response to what could be life threatening conditions within Britain's arcane prison system and any future threats to her life you as her MP are now responsible for. Please also provide a response that you have received and are dealing with that request as soon as possible.

Dear Ms McVey,

I am writing to inform you of a truly staggering example of state inhumanity that is taking place within the constituency that you represent. The Melanie Shaw case is widely and increasingly being monitored both in the UK and the rest of the world and its international exposure is only likely to bring unprecedented shame upon the conduct of the current British government.

Such is the volume of information that exists within the public domain that I feel it unnecessary to have to provide much in the way of detail to you, so I intend to be as brief as I can, whilst describing the most salient points. Melanie Shaw is not only an accepted victim of multiple sexual abuse whilst in the so-called 'care' of the Nottingham authorities, having been placed in the notorious Beechwood Home as a minor, but is registered officially as disabled.

As a prominent whistleblower amongst many of the acknowledged victims who have been raped whilst under the control of the Nottinghamshire regime, she was then brave enough to name prominent people that she had witnessed as being part of the sexual abuse system that was allowed to exist for many years at Beechwood. As we have witnessed on many occasions throughout the land, anyone with the audacity to accuse V.I.P.s of sexual abuse is to be dispatched and persecuted by the British state as relentlessly as possible and have their reputations smeared as widely accordingly.

I trust that you will accept that this continued state of affairs is utterly and totally unacceptable. Clearly, no lessons at all have been learned by the Jimmy Savile debacle.

Important people, including politicians, are to be protected as ruthlessly as possible by our increasingly odious regime, if accused of child sexual abuse, and Melanie is one of its most obvious victims. Being both disabled and suffering indifferent health, as well as living with the horrendous legacy of being raped repeatedly, cuts no ice with the authorities and certainly not with HMP Styal. Its governor has already twice even prevented Melanie`s assigned forensic social worker from carrying out assessments upon her, despite obstructing the Cheshire East Council`s statutory obligation to look after Melanie in this way.

The British government has also sought to imprison Melanie in order to prevent her from giving evidence to the IICSA, despite being a crucial witness over the atrocities that have taken place in the Nottingham area. In fact, Melanie was regarded as being so important that her MP, Chris Leslie and Crime Commissioner Paddy Tipping actually nominated her to become a member of IICSA panel! Sadly, it seems that Mr Leslie now is making no effort to protect his defenceless constituent, for reasons that he is unwilling to divulge.

Professor Alexis Jay has been fully informed about Melanie`s state sponsored ordeals and so has Amnesty International. What action are you prepared to take?

I look forward to your response and am willing to cooperate in any way to see that decency and justice prevail.

Yours sincerely,

Robert Green
