DA Who Never Charged Sandusky Has Been Missing Since 2005

Why didn’t Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar prosecute Jerry Sandusky the first time he was accused in 1998? We may never know, as Gricar disappeared in 2005. It is strange that Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar never prosecuted Jerry Sandusky on child-rape charges 13 years ago, some speculate, because Gricar was known for being fiercely independent and hard on crime.

But it is even stranger that we cannot ask Gricar why Sandusky was not put behind bars, because the tough-as-nails district attorney disappeared in 2005. And though he was declared dead July of this year, his body has never been found. "People ask why Ray did not prosecute, and I have no problem saying, because he clearly felt he didn't have a case for a 'successful' prosecution," Tony Gricar, Ray Gricar’s nephew , told The Patriot-News. "... One thing I can say is that Ray was beholden to no one, was not a politician." This district attorney had “a bitter taste in his mouth for the [Penn State] program, and its coach,” according to his nephew, and never prosecuted Sandusky. He disappeared on April 15, 2005 after telling his girlfriend that he was going on a drive.

Ray Gricar’s car was found the next day in a Lewisburg parking lot and his laptop, sans hard drive, was found in the Susquehanna River, according to the Patriot-News. Ray Gricar’s friend, Montour County District Attorney Robert Buehner Jr., told the New York Times that if the ardent district attorney had committed suicide, he would have wanted his body found. But in the case of possible foul play, no suspects have emerged from investigations. When it comes to the Sandusky case, friends and former co-workers are all of the opinion that Ray Gricar would never back down from a righteous prosecution.

“No one got a bye with Ray,” Anthony De Boef, who was an assistant district attorney under Gricar for five years told the NY Times. “He didn’t care who you were; he had a job to do.” And, despite the fact that Ray Gricar had the mother of one of the alleged victims confront Sandusky while police listened, the 1998 report on Sandusky was labeled “unfounded” by the District Attorney’s Office, reports the Patriot-News.

“I would say this about Ray: He would be extremely cautious in proceeding because he wanted to make sure that there would be a reasonable likelihood of conviction,” Buehner told the Patriot News. “You don’t want to go after someone high profile unless you have a compelling case.” As for the 2002 incident, in which a graduate assistant told Penn State coach Joe Paterno that he witnessed Sandusky raping a 10-year-old boy in the PSU locker rooms, there is no indication that Ray Gricar was notified, reports the Patriot-Times.

Child sex charges filed against Jerry Sandusky; two top Penn State University officials charged with perjury & failure to report suspected child abuse

HARRISBURG - Attorney General Linda Kelly and Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Frank Noonan today announced that criminal charges have been filed against three Centre County men as the result of an extensive and wide-reaching grand jury investigation into reports of the sexual abuse of children.

    The defendants include:

Gerald Arthur "Jerry" Sandusky, age 67, of 130 Grandview Road, State College, former Defensive Coordinator for the Penn State University football team and founder of The Second Mile, a charitable organization that operates programs for young people.

Timothy Mark Curley, age 57, of 201 Meadowlark Lane, Boalsburg, the Director of Athletics for Penn State University.
Gary Charles Schultz, age 62, of 636 Rosslyn Road, Boalsburg, Senior Vice President for Finance and Business at Penn State University, a position that includes oversight of the Penn State University Police Department.

"This is a case about a sexual predator who used his position within the university and community to repeatedly prey on young boys," Kelly said. "It is also a case about high-ranking university officials who allegedly failed to report the sexual assault of a young boy after the information was brought to their attention, and later made false statements to a grand jury that was investigating a series of assaults on young boys. "I hope people will understand that any suspicion of sexual abuse should be reported to the police," Commissioner Noonan said. "Sexual abuse is a serious issue and children are often scared to tell anyone about the abuse - many cases are hidden for years - but by informing the police they can stop it." Kelly and Noonan said that evidence was presented to an investigating grand jury, which recommended the criminal charges that were filed today. Testimony was heard from numerous victims and others who observed or reported suspicious activities, along with the submission of local and state records from the University Police, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare and Children and Youth Services offices.

Kelly said the investigation by Pennsylvania State Police and the Attorney General's Office was initiated by a referral from then Centre County District Attorney Michael Madeira. Originally, the case focused on the claims of "Victim 1," a young boy who reported that Sandusky had indecently assaulted him and engaged in various sex acts while the boy was a house guest at Sandusky's home in College Township, Centre County. Kelly said the victim first encountered Sandusky through the Second Mile program, when he was 11 or 12 years old, attending a Second Mile camp on the Penn State University campus. Sandusky also allegedly used expensive gifts to maintain contact with the boy, including trips to professional and college sporting events, golf clubs, a computer, clothing and money. According to the grand jury, Sandusky used overnight visits at his home to make physical contact with the boy, typically at bed time. The victim testified that Sandusky's advances began with "back cracking" and rubbing, later progressing to Sandusky performing sex acts on the boy and having the boy engage in similar activity with him.

Kelly said that Sandusky also allegedly used his position as a volunteer coach at a high school in Clinton County in order to continue contacting the victim, often calling the boy from study hall to have unsupervised "meetings" with Sandusky. The grand jury also heard testimony from a wrestling coach at the high school about an unusual evening encounter at the school, where Sandusky was discovered lying face-to-face with the boy in a secluded weight room. Other high school officials testified that Sandusky was "clingy" and "needy" in his reaction to situations where boys he was supposedly mentoring would break-off their relationships, describing the behavior as "suspicious." The grand jury noted that Sandusky was barred from the school district attended by the victim in 2009, after the boy's mother reported allegations of sexual assault to the school. That matter was promptly reported to authorities, as required by Pennsylvania law - a report that marked the start of an extensive investigation by Pennsylvania State Police and the Attorney General's Office.

The quick action by high school staff members in Clinton County in response to reports of a possible sexual assault by Sandusky is in marked contrast to the reaction of top officials at Penn State University, who had actually received a first-hand report of a sexual attack by Sandusky seven years earlier. "One of the most compelling and disturbing pieces of testimony in this investigation came from an eyewitness to a late-night sexual assault that allegedly occurred in March of 2002, in the locker room of the Lasch Football Building on the University Park Campus," Kelly said. "Hearing what sounded like sexual activity in the showers of a building that was supposed to be empty, a graduate assistant reportedly observed Sandusky sexually assaulting a naked boy who appeared to be about 10 years old." According to the grand jury, the graduate assistant had returned to the football building that evening to put a new pair of sneakers in his locker and to retrieve some recruiting films, only to be surprised that the lights were on in the locker room and showers were running. The assistant immediately recognized Sandusky.

Kelly said the assistant, who was extremely upset about what he had seen, immediately called his father to relate what he had discovered. Together, the two decided that the assistant should promptly report the incident to head football coach Joe Paterno. The next morning, the assistant telephoned Paterno and then went to Paterno's home to explain what he had seen. Paterno testified that he then called Penn State Athletic Director Tim Curley and met with Curley the following day, explaining that a graduate assistant had reported seeing Sandusky involved in sexual activity with a young boy in the showers at the Lasch Building. Kelly said that approximately one and a half weeks later, the graduate assistant was called to a meeting with Curley and Gary Schultz, who was Senior Vice President for Finance and Business at the University. At that time, the assistant again recounted what he had witnessed Sandusky doing to a young boy in the showers of the football locker room.

"Despite a powerful eyewitness statement about the sexual assault of a child, this incident was not reported to any law enforcement or child protective agency, as required by Pennsylvania law," Kelly said. "Additionally, there is no indication that anyone from the university ever attempted to learn the identity of the child who was sexually assaulted on their campus or made any follow-up effort to obtain more information from the person who witnessed the attack first-hand." Kelly said that rather than reporting the matter to law enforcement, Curley and Schultz agreed that Sandusky would be told he could not bring any Second Mile children into the football building. That message was also reportedly related to Dr. John Raykovitz at the Second Mile (Past Executive Director and Executive Vice-President and currently the President and CEO of the Second Mile). "Despite this so-called 'ban', which was reviewed and approved by University President Graham Spanier without any further inquiry on his part, there was no effective change in Sandusky's status with the school and no limits on his access to the campus," Kelly said. "Sandusky's 'emeritus' position, alleged negotiated as part of his 1999 retirement, provided him with an office in the Lasch Football Building; unlimited access to all football facilities, including the locker room; access to all recreational facilities; a parking pass; a university Internet account; listing in the faculty directory and numerous other privileges - he had remained a regular presence on campus."

During testimony before the grand jury, Schultz acknowledged that he was aware of a 1998 University Police investigation that also involved allegations of sexually inappropriate behavior involving Sandusky and young boys in the football showers, but did not pursue the matter further and did not seek any additional review in light of the new report in 2002. The grand jury also noted that the 1998 report involving Sandusky and boys in the showers was reviewed by University Police and Child Protective Services, with the blessing of Wendell Courtney, who at the time served as University Counsel and was (and remains) counsel to The Second Mile - though no criminal charges were ever pursued. Kelly said the grand jury determined that Curley and Schultz had provided false testimony while discussing their response to the 2002 report of a child sexual assault in the football showers.

Specifically, the grand jury found that Curley committed perjury in repeatedly denying that he had ever been told that Sandusky had engaged in sexual misconduct with a child. Additionally, assertions by Schultz that the allegations concerning Sandusky were "not that serious" and that he and Curley "had no indication that a crime had occurred" were in direct contradiction to other testimony and constituted perjury. The grand jury found that portions of the testimony provided by both Curley and Schultz were not credible.

"The failure of top university officials to act on reports of Sandusky's alleged sexual misconduct, even after it was reported to them in graphic detail by an eyewitness, allowed a predator to walk free for years - continuing to target new victims," Kelly said. "Equally disturbing is the lack of action and apparent lack of concern among those same officials, and others who received information about this case, who either avoided asking difficult questions or chose to look the other way." Kelly said that despite the false testimony and "uncooperative atmosphere" encompassing some Penn State University and Second Mile officials, investigators from the Attorney General's Office and State Police gradually uncovered a pattern of other potential sexual assaults by Sandusky. The grand jury eventually identified a total of eight young men who were the targets of similar sexual advances or assaults by Sandusky, starting in 1994 and continuing through 2009. All of the victims first encountered Sandusky through Second Mile activities.

Kelly and Noonan explained that the search continues for additional victims and this case remains an active and ongoing investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact investigators from the Office of Attorney General at 814-863-1053 or Pennsylvania State Police at 814-470-2238. Sandusky is charged with the following offenses:

Seven counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, all first-degree felonies which are each punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
One count of aggravated indecent assault, a second-degree felony punishable by up to ten years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
Four counts of unlawful contact with a minor, all first-degree felonies which are each punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
Four counts of unlawful contact with a minor, all third-degree felonies which are each punishable by up to seven years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
Four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all third-degree felonies which are each punishable by up to seven years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
Four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all first-degree misdemeanors which are each punishable by up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Eight counts of corruption of minors, all first-degree misdemeanors which are each punishable by up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
One count of indecent assault, a third-degree felony punishable by up to seven years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
Four counts of indecent assault, all second-degree misdemeanors which are each punishable by up to two years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Two counts of indecent assault, all first-degree misdemeanors which are each punishable by up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
One count of attempt to commit indecent assault, a second-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to two years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

Sandusky was taken into custody today in Centre County and preliminarily arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Leslie A. Dutchcot, who released him on $100,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 9th. Curley and Schultz are each charged with one count of perjury, a third-degree felony punishable by up to seven years in prison and a $15,000 fine, along with one count each of failure to report (under the Child Protective Services Law), a summary offense punishable by up to 90 days in prison and a $200 fine. Curley and Schultz are scheduled to surrender on Monday, November 7th, before Harrisburg Magisterial District Judge Marsha Stewart.

Sandusky will be prosecuted in Centre County, while Curley and Schultz will be prosecuted in Dauphin County, all by Senior Deputy Attorney General Jonelle Harter Eshbach of the Attorney General's Criminal Prosecutions Section. Kelly thanked the Pennsylvania State Police for their extensive assistance with this joint investigation.

‘It was easy’: Rick Turley told a reporter that he was surprised at how many times he got away with abusing boys

Boy Scouts repeatedly covered up abuse by homosexual leader who raped at least 15 boys

Boy Scouts accused of repeatedly covering up abuse of leader who raped boys and even kidnapped one in stolen plane. The organisation had long recommended that troops kept abuse allegations a secret. The Boy Scouts has been accused of covering up the abuses of a paedophile who was repeatedly allowed back as a leader despite admitting to abusing boys in his care.

Newly released documents show Boy Scouts of America officials didn’t call police after he admitted molesting three boys and welcomed him back as a leader even after he was kidnapped a boy in a stolen plane. Turley, now 58, said he is surprised at how many times he got away with it. An investigation has found that Rick Turley molested at least 15 children in Southern California and British Columbia over two decades, most of whom he met through American and Canadian Scouting. ‘It was easy,’ he told CBC News. He said that he thinks if the police had been called in 1979 when he confessed to abusing three boys it ‘probably would have put a stop to me years and years ago.’

Instead, he ‘went back to the Scouts again and again as a leader and offended against the boys,’ he told the station. Turley is one of more than 5,000 suspected child molesters named in confidential files kept by the Boy Scouts of America. The organisation had long recommended that troops kept abuse allegations a secret. In Turley’s earlier known sexual abuse in 1971, he met a 10-year-old boy while working as a truck driver on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. He offered to take Joey Day to cubs, but instead took him to a nearby lake where he coerced him into skinny dipping and molested him. Over the next two years, instead of taking the boy to cub meetings, he took him to his apartment where he plied him alcohol, showed him pornography and abused him. When the boy tried to tell his father about the abuse, he was beaten.

In January 1975, Turley visited a Scout troop in Orange County and asked if an 11-year-old boy could show him around, saying he was ‘one of Canada’s top Scout leaders. He shared a sleeping bag with Eddy Iris in the mountains, before taking him to the airport where he stole a plane and after taking off reportedly told the boy: ‘You do realise you’ve been kidnapped, don’t you?’ When the plane ran out of fuel and made an emergency landing, Turley was arrested and pleaded guilty to child stealing. He was committed to Patton State Hospital as a ‘mentally disordered sex offender.’ After 18 months he was released on probation and ordered to return to Canada, but he instead got a job at a Boy Scout camp close to the hospital and worked at camps in San Bernardino and San Diego counties for the next three summer. By 1978 he had become a programme director at a Scout Camp in San Diego County. He persuaded the leader of a troop to let his son and two other boys stay at the camp for an extra night.

When they went home they reported that they had been arrested. Turley admitted the offences but officials decided not to report them to police. ‘We were following exactly the national recommendations of the Boy Scouts of America and its board who set up the rules,’ Buford Hill, a former Orange County Scouting official told the LA Times. ‘You do not want to broadcast to the entire population that these things happen. You take care of it quietly and make sure it never happens again.’ Turley returned to British Columbia where he became a Scout Master again. At least two Canadian Scout leaders reported that Turley had boys share his tent on trips. In the mid 1980s officials decided rather than calling police or forcing Turley to step down that he should be transferred to another troop.

In 1995, Turley was arrested when his girlfriend told police that he was sexually attracted to children. He was sentenced to seven years in prison, reduced to five on appeal, after he was convicted of five counts of molesting children. In 2000, while out on parole he was caught trying to coerce two boys into a relationship and was sent back to prison for two years. Turley now says that he is able to control his behaviour. When questioned by CBC News at a motel in Alberta where he now works he said that ‘it’s hard to put a number’ on how many boys he abused. Asked if he had a son, would he send him to Scouts, Turley said: ‘No, it’s still going on and will probably always go on.’ A Scouts spokesman told the LA Times: ‘The BSA has continued to enhance its youth protection efforts as society has increased its understanding of the dangers children face.’

ethnic groups but not his gay friends, that would be classed as homophobia
Every day, heterosexuals are immersed in a toxic bath of lesbianism, homosexuality, obscenity, pedophilia and sexual promiscuity designed to transform them and society. Yet, they seem blissfully unconscious of this attack.

In June 10, 2011, NYC police ticketed two women on a park bench eating doughnuts. They violated a regulation, (one of 15 listed on a sign,) prohibiting adults from entering the playground unless accompanied by a child. This is supposedly to deter pedophiles. Other US cities, including Miami Beach and San Francisco, have similar ordinances which have been extended to libraries and children's museums.

Last winter, seven NYC men were ticketed for playing chess in a playground. In Idaho, a man was arrested for taking pictures of a child, who turned out to be his grandson. "It's pedophile panic," says NYC writer Lenore Skenazy. "Everyone is a pedophile until proven otherwise." Since 98% of the population is heterosexual, this slanders the vast majority. It also attacks the heterosexual model of society based on the human family. We are all sisters and brothers, father and mothers: protectors of all children.

In a clever sleight-of-hand, they transfer the stigma of pedophilia to heterosexuals. Studies show that while homosexuals are only 2 per cent of the population, they account for 25-40% of child molestation. But the goal is for heterosexuality to be seen as a pathology (eg. domestic abuse, etc.) "I for one would want a couple of women sitting in a playground as an extra pair of eyes," Skenazy writes. "When you start treating everyone as evil, you can't have community." Bingo.

The Illuminati social engineers attack heterosexuality because it is the basis of our human identity. Our primary relationships and responsibilities are defined by the words father, mother, husband, wife, sister, brother, son and daughter. Strong heterosexual marriage and family create a wholesome environment to raise the next generation. If we want healthy families, men and women must consecrate themselves and plan for this task. Our children represent our organic growth, our tie with eternity. Instead of this, heterosexuals are immersed in a toxic bath of lesbianism, homosexuality, obscenity, sexual deviance, pedophilia and promiscuity, designed to corrode and distort our sexuality.

"Progressive" young women march for the right to behave like "sluts." Schools favor homosexuals for scholarships. Pop songs like Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl (and I liked it!)" get four million paid downloads. Mainstream TV story lines feature gays and gay porn. Teachers encourage children to engage in sex, under the guise of sex education. Little girls are sexualized. Sesame Street had to fight off demands that two puppets. Bert and Ernie, serve as positive role models for gay marriage! This undermines marriage and family. Almost 50% of women who lost their virginity as teenagers were divorced within ten years. Forty three percent of the college-educated women born between 1965 and 1978 have no children, according to new research. Our society has been subverted by satanist (Cabalist) Jewish central bankers and their traitorous Masonic minions who want the State to handle procreation, (as envisaged in Aldous Huxley's Brave New World.) We are being re-engineered to serve them as obedient worker, consumer and soldier/police drones.

The reason we are blind to this vicious underhanded attack is that they disguise it as "homosexual rights" and opposition to "homophobia." A few Google searches illustrate how this vicious heterophobic assault flies under our radar. If you google "heterophobia" (i.e. fear of heterosexuality) you'll get 115,000 entries, most unrelated to what is really happening .

Google "homophobia" (i.e. fear of homosexuality) and you'll get 9,270,000 entries, eighty times more references, mostly disparaging. Since gays are 1/50th of the population, the awareness disparity is roughly 4000 to one. I first noticed this when looking for a Google image for heterophobia. There were 11,700, but hardly any were applicable. There were 979,000 images for homophobia, 836 times as many. Homosexuality gets almost seven times as many hits as heterosexuality, despite being 1/50 the demographic segment. We are mind controlled and manipulated and we haven't a clue that it is happening.

The essence of heterosexual attraction is male power. Even the satanist Henry Kissinger said "power is the greatest aphrodisiac." If I have any advice for men interested in women, it is to manifest power. Almost all television shows and movies now promote female power and male fecklessness and fallibility. Almost all dramas have a ballsy bello.jpegaggressive female lead e.g. Maria Bello (left) in "Prime Suspect." Often females are depicted, unrealistically, as beating up men.

This deliberately strikes at the heart of heterosexuality. Women used to empower men by entrusting their power to them. Now they are being taught unconsciously to compete with and destroy men. This is against a background where the oc-culture has inflated the status of women by presenting them as a persecuted race, and by elevating the sex act to a holy sacrament. This empowerment of women at the expense of men neuters heterosexuals and promotes gender confusion and homosexuality. Yet, the masses are blissfully indifferent to what is happening to them. They are like sheep grazing while the Illuminati build an abattoir next door.

When I read George Orwell's "1984" at age 15, I never imagined I would live in a society that practices insidious behavior modification and social engineering. Heterosexuals need to let broadcasters and advertisers know that we will boycott their products if they engage in this socially destructive practice.

Heterosexuality and homosexuality are not compatible. (Despite well publicized exceptions, the vast majority of homosexuals don't want marriage or children.) Heterosexuals must recognize that if they don't determine societal norms, the tiny homosexual minority will, (empowered by the Illuminati.) As this happens, the majority will erode, become a minority and eventually disappear.

During my time at university I came across a woman who did many stupid things and was in a job that, were she of the hairier, stronger gender, would have lost long, long ago. This woman was a “student wellbeing advisor” and she had the essentials that any woman in this type of job must have: a degree in sociology coupled with seemingly no practical skills, a condescending attitude towards men, a fearsome self protection instinct and of course the ultimate skill of all social scientists, the marvellous ability to pluck “facts” out of thin air and then come up with even less evidence to support these “facts”. And of course she was always right. After I graduated university I and went onto research this woman. I found the following quote "Even the straight men in the tent looked tempted by his newly-acquired muscular frame!"

    On this public domain HERE

Can you imagine the furore it would have caused if I had written "Even the lesbian women in the tent looked tempted by his newly acquired muscular frame!" on a public website? I would almost certainly be in prison! She states that even though these mens’ preferences are straight women they appear to be tempted by an attractive member of the same sex. This is against the most basic principles of human freedom and I think it is disgusting that this woman is getting away with writing such damaging material for a university! I am a straight man and am not attracted to other men and I think that this woman implying that a muscular body would tempt a straight man into sexual relations he was not inclined towards is appalling.

Straight men are degraded in this woman’s writing: She states that even though their preference is straight woman they appear to be tempted by an attractive member of the same sex. This is hypocritical and reeks of double standards. But I think this is just the tip of the iceberg. This article just shows one woman’s horrific attitude towards straight men. What is more worrying for me is the fact that she is perfectly happy to post it in the public domain under her real name without expecting any backlash! Where are the angry men knocking at her door and shouting at her?

There aren’t any, as straight men are expected to put up with abuse like this! In the last century of the last millennium women valiantly fought for freedom from oppression by society and gay rights were rightly recognised. However in this new millennium the rights of heterosexual men are trampled on as people like this woman laugh at their expense, mocking their sexuality or choice of sexual partner by suggesting that they are “tempted” by another man.

I think straight men are to blame here as they are not kicking up nearly enough fuss about sexual discrimination! I saw this woman’s article and almost immediately contacted IMO. I got an agreeable and supportive email back which made me think one thing: “I am not alone! Other rational, intelligent, educated men agree with me that heterosexual men suffer discrimination.”

I went to work happy that I was not alone and not irrational! I hope that IMO publish the article I just wrote as I want other men to know that IMO is a space where men like me can publicise discrimination against heterosexual men!

GAY MAFIA Collingwood's Sircuit Bar wins right to ban women

A GAY venue in Collingwood has won the right to ban women to ensure its patrons are not subjected to attempts by predatory females to turn them straight. VCAT has granted Sircuit Bar in Smith St an exemption to anti-discrimination laws, allowing it to ban women because they make the men uncomfortable. "The applicant primarily relies on the exemption to exclude women from the venue, other than on Sundays after 3pm," VCAT reasoned.

"This is to ensure that gay men are not subject to attempts to change their sexuality, which reduce their comfort in the venue, which includes being fully accepted for who they are." Despite the ruling, a spokesman for the venue said the club had never had a problem with women trying to turn gay men straight. "We haven't had that problem here. But it does happen that women try and turn gay men straight," said the general manager, who wanted to be known only as Steve. "When I was at high school and came out, plenty of my girlfriends said come with me and I'll turn you straight. You'd have to ask VCAT why they made the ruling." Sircuit is a two-level nightclub that includes pool tables, a maze, movie lounges, private rooms and a wash area. The venue is an active fund-raiser and is regularly used by gay men's social and community groups.

VCAT said it was important gay men had a venue where they were not subject to disparaging comments. "For gay men who wish to display affection ... those actions can readily lead to misunderstanding and disparaging comments which are not applied to heterosexual people," VCAT said. "The applicants wish to provide a venue where it is safe and acceptable to openly express homosexuality."

The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission did not wish to intervene in the decision, and VCAT said it did not contravene the Charter of Human Rights. Human Rights Commissioner Dr Helen Szoke said she supported the exemption. "One of the objectives of the EOA is to promote recognition and acceptance of everyone's right to equality of opportunity," Dr Szoke said. However, Dr Szoke said complaints about women trying to turn gay men straight in nightclubs "would not be covered under our legislation". Other gay venues have had less success in banning patrons. Last year the Peel Hotel in Collingwood lost its right to ask people their sexuality before they were allowed to enter.

    Britain's best-known youth movement is going gay-friendly.

The Scout Association has revealed plans to boost its number of gay members and leaders in a bid to banish the perception that homosexuals cannot sign up. The half-a-million-strong movement has released a video as part of the campaign - which will also let Scouts attend gay pride parades in uniform. The move has been praised for dragging the group into the 21st century. But some have slammed it for 'steering the organisation' away from its original Christian values.

Wayne Bulpitt, the association's UK chief commissioner, filmed a video offering support to an anti-bullying campaign led by gay rights charity Stonewall. In it he stated: 'Bullying is wrong on every level, not just for the person being bullied, but for the bully too. 'In Scouting we believe that all young people, irrespective of their sexuality, gender, race, creed or background, have an equal opportunity to develop and to be themselves.'

Scouts spokesman Simon Carter said the campaign was designed to move the group away from its reputation as being 'austere and militaristic'. He said: 'There was an assumption that being gay meant you couldn't be part of the movement 'That was never the case and we are keen to make it clear that we accept people of any particular orientation.

'We have had youth members and adults attend Pride events and plan to do so again this year. 'It shows that we are not just taking about it but are demonstrating our support publicly.' The association, which ended its ban on female members in 1991, has created a series of advisory documents on gay issues for members and adult leaders.

They are aimed at counselling young people about informing others about their sexuality. It states: 'Coming out is a major decision in your life. You may decide to tell your family, a friend, your teacher or a Scout leader. 'There is nothing wrong with being gay and being a Scout and the person that you tell should be supportive and non-judgemental to what you are telling them.'

Leaders are advised to treat such conversations as confidential, but to have other adults 'within hearing or sight', and to be prepared to pass on details for specialised support organisations. A second leaflet, called Gay Adults In Scouting, reassures prospective leaders and volunteers they will not be turned away on the basis of their sexuality. Patrick Harvie, the Scottish Green leader, welcomed the move and urged the Scouts to go further and lift their ban on atheists and agnostics.

But it has also been slammed for 'diluting' the group's original Christian theme. John Cormack, of the Scottish Christian Party, said: 'My reaction to this is one of dismay and I suspect many other people will also be deeply concerned. 'Sexual morality is an area where the parents should be taking the lead, not the Scouts. This is a huge step-change away from the Christian founding ethos of the Scout movement.'

gay cop mark carter A police officer and former Mr Gay UK sexually assaulted three men and raped a fourth while on a Christmas night-out with colleagues, a court heard today.

Pc Mark Carter, 28, is alleged to have dragged one of his alleged victims by the hair, punched him, bitten his shoulder and raped him in a hotel room. The alleged rape victim then fled the hotel by a fire escape and alerted a passer-by, a jury at Leeds Crown Court was told. The court was told Carter is a gay officer with West Yorkshire Police and a former holder of the Mr Gay UK title.

Sarah Wright, prosecuting, told the jury Carter initially groped two men, whom he knew, in a restaurant in Leeds on December 18 2009. He was in the restaurant with colleagues enjoying a Christmas celebration, she said. It was alleged he touched one man on his bottom and groin with both hands and allegedly told him: 'You're going to get f later.' The party then left the restaurant and the defendant went to Bar Fibre, where he allegedly touched a third man, who he also knew, on his groin and asked him if he wanted oral sex, the prosecutor said. She told the jury the defendant then went to the Loft Bar in Queens Court, Leeds, where he met a fourth man and they ended up walking back to the Etap hotel in the city centre.

Miss Wright said CCTV images would show the pair cuddling and leaving the bar walking hand-in-hand. 'They walked to the Etap Hotel in Leeds where the defendant had booked a room. The complainant says he assisted the defendant because he had cramp and difficulty walking. He said he put his arms round him because he was cold,' the jury was told. 'Once at the defendant's room, the complainant was to tell police that the defendant opened the door and dragged him into the room by his hair.' Miss Wright said the complainant was punched in the face as he tried to pull away from performing a sex act on the police officer. Carter then went on to rape the man, the jury was told.

'The defendant persisted even though the complainant told him to stop. At some point the defendant bit the complainant's shoulder,' Miss Wright told the jury. She told the court the complainant showered and managed to escape as Carter went into the shower after him. She added: 'As he was in the shower, the complainant hurriedly got dressed, stuffing his socks into his pocket before fleeing from the room, down the corridor and out of the hotel via a fire escape. 'CCTV images show him leaving the room, running along the corridor and down the stairwell.' The court was told the complainant had injuries 'consistent with penetrative anal intercourse.' In interview, Carter said the incident in the restaurant was 'done in jest' and he denied the allegations made by the two other men.

He claimed all the activity in the hotel with the fourth man was 'consensual'. Carter, from Station Lane, Birkenshaw, Bradford, denies three counts of sexual assault and two rapes. The trial is expected to last eight days.

fed res gay flag A state delegate in Virginia has sent a letter to the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, demanding that it remove a "rainbow" flag from the flagpole that also holds Old Glory.

"Dear President [Jeffrey M.] Lacker," wrote state Delegate Bob Marshall, "Flying the homosexual flag just under the American flag outside Richmond's Federal Reserve Bank building is a serious deficiency of judgment by your organization." Marshall said the Federal Reserve policies are supposed to "contribute to the strength and vitality of the U.S. economy," but "a flagpole in front of a federal building is not a commercial or political message board." How to fight "politically correct" agendas? The prescription is Joseph Farah's "Taking America Back"

"What does flying the homosexual flag, or any other similar display, have to do with your central banking mission under the Federal Reserve Act passed by Congress?" "The Richmond Fed's endorsement of costly, anti-social, immoral behavior is rejected by 6,000 years of Western religious and moral teaching. You want the American people to trust your judgment in economic matters when your spokesperson celebrates an attack on public morals? Why?" Marshall continued. Marshall told WND that his letter to the bank must have "set off a firecracker," because there had been hundreds of responses via email and the like already.

"This guy has no business taking an institution Congress created for financial dealings and turning it into a political billboard," he said. Bank spokesman Jim Strader told WND that Marshall's letter had been delievered and "we are reviewing his letter and we will respond." He refused to say what the response would be or when it would come.

But he said the "pride flag is flying at our bank as a symbol of our commitment to diversity and inclusion." He said bank managers got a request from "an employee group" and the request to fly the flag was approved. Strader said it coincides with Barack Obama's "proclamation" that June is the "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month."

"This month … marks the 30th anniversary of the emergence of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, which has had a profound impact on the LGBT community," Obama said. "Though we have made strides in combating this devastating disease, more work remains to be done, and I am committed to expanding access to HIV/AIDS prevention and care." Strader refused to respond to questions about whether the statement of a social agenda was a precedent for the bank, or whether other employee or interest groups could take advantage of the forum and proclaim their campaigns, also. "I can't comment on that," he said.

He said the bank, too, has gotten comments on the "pride flag" flying in front of the institution assigned to manage the nation's fiscal policy. Officials with the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors refused to reply to WND requests for comment. But Marshall said, "This is a celebration of a behavior that is still a class six felony in Virginia."

This dispute is not the only headache the Federal Reserve could be facing. WND recently reported on a series of grass-roots lawsuits that are being developed against the Fed. And U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas long has advocated an audit of the intensely secret organization, as well as a shutdown of its operations. The lawsuit plans come from the PatriotStorm organization at its SuetheFed.com website. The plan envisions teams of attorneys analyzing data, demanding information, verifying damages and arguing court cases.

"Our litigation plan will be loosely patterned after the tobacco litigation model executed during the 1980s and 1990s; only far more organized, coordinated and focused in order to provide shared access of all discovery materials and briefs developed to all of our network law firms and prosecutors nationwide," the website explains. "The litigation activities will be divided among three broad areas: a) research; b) analysis and dissemination of discovery materials and briefs, and c) litigation coordination. The company will recruit several hundred to several thousand highly respected small to mid-sized litigating law firms to pursue the class action litigation for their representative plaintiffs (live persons, companies, municipalities, etc.) residing in their respective geographic areas." Congressman Paul long has argued that the Federal Reserve simply is illegal. Some of his concerns have revolved around Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, which assigns to Congress the right to coin money.

There is no mention in the Constitution of a central bank, and it wasn't until the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 that the Fed was created. Paul previously has said, "Throughout its nearly 100-year history, the Federal Reserve has presided over the near-complete destruction of the United States dollar. Since 1913 the dollar has lost over 95 percent of its purchasing power, aided and abetted by the Federal Reserve's loose monetary policy." And he's proposed repeatedly – and again in this Congress – the idea of auditing the Fed to determine exactly what it has been doing and then begin making corrections. With a book titled "End the Fed," he's made no secret of his ultimate goal.

That the Fed is at least partly to blame for the financial problems that have developed in the U.S. seems not to be in dispute. It was longtime Federal Reserve chairman Ben. S. Bernanke who admitted as much.

Bernanke said it was the Fed that caused the Great Depression, the worldwide economic downturn that persisted from 1929 until about 1939. It was the longest and worst depression ever experienced by the industrialized Western world. While originating in the U.S., it ended up causing drastic declines in output, severe unemployment and acute deflation in virtually every country on earth. According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, "the Great Depression ranks second only to the Civil War as the gravest crisis in American history." At a Nov. 8, 2002, conference to honor economist Milton Friedman's 90th birthday, Bernanke, then a Federal Reserve governor, gave a speech at Friedman's old home base, the University of Chicago. After citing how Friedman and a co-author documented the Fed's continual contraction of the money supply during the Depression and its aftermath – and the subsequent abandonment of the gold standard by many nations in order to stop the devastating monetary contraction – Bernanke added:

Before the creation of the Federal Reserve, Friedman and [Anna] Schwartz noted, bank panics were typically handled by banks themselves – for example, through urban consortiums of private banks called clearinghouses. If a run on one or more banks in a city began, the clearinghouse might declare a suspension of payments, meaning that, temporarily, deposits would not be convertible into cash. Larger, stronger banks would then take the lead, first, in determining that the banks under attack were in fact fundamentally solvent, and second, in lending cash to those banks that needed to meet withdrawals. Though not an entirely satisfactory solution – the suspension of payments for several weeks was a significant hardship for the public – the system of suspension of payments usually prevented local banking panics from spreading or persisting. Large, solvent banks had an incentive to participate in curing panics because they knew that an unchecked panic might ultimately threaten their own deposits.

It was in large part to improve the management of banking panics that the Federal Reserve was created in 1913. However, as Friedman and Schwartz discuss in some detail, in the early 1930s the Federal Reserve did not serve that function. The problem within the Fed was largely doctrinal: Fed officials appeared to subscribe to Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon's infamous "liquidationist" thesis, that weeding out "weak" banks was a harsh but necessary prerequisite to the recovery of the banking system. Moreover, most of the failing banks were small banks (as opposed to what we would now call money-center banks) and not members of the Federal Reserve System. Thus the Fed saw no particular need to try to stem the panics. At the same time, the large banks – which would have intervened before the founding of the Fed – felt that protecting their smaller brethren was no longer their responsibility. Indeed, since the large banks felt confident that the Fed would protect them if necessary, the weeding out of small competitors was a positive good, from their point of view. In short, according to Friedman and Schwartz, because of institutional changes and misguided doctrines, the banking panics of the Great Contraction were much more severe and widespread than would have normally occurred during a downturn. … Let me end my talk by abusing slightly my status as an official representative of the Federal Reserve. I would like to say to Milton and Anna: Regarding the Great Depression. You're right, we did it. We're very sorry. But thanks to you, we won't do it again.

    G. Edward Griffin, in "The Creature from Jekyll Island," explains the cause of wars, boom-bust cycles, inflation, depression, prosperity and more – and calls the Fed the most blatant scam of all history. History records that in 1913 President Woodrow Wilson approved the Federal Reserve Act but later reflected that his actions "unwittingly ruined my country." Wilson said that since the U.S. system of credit is concentrated in the hands of a few, "we have become … one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world."

Paul recently announced, as chairman of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Domestic Monetary Policy and Technology, a plan to audit the Fed.

  • NYPD sergeant files sexual harassment complaint against his male boss

A judge has sentenced a child molester to seven years in prison, telling him he is 'gayer than a sweet-smelling jockstrap'.

71-year-old former school bus driver Delton Gorges insisted that he was heterosexual in official reports, despite the allegation that he had abused young boys. But in controversial comments while sentencing the man, Wisconsin judge Philip Kirk told Gorges there was as much likelihood of him being straight as the judge having worn a prom dress that year.

Gay rights campaigners are furious about the remarks, which they said suggested the man's abuse of children was somehow related to his sexuality. Gorges, who worked as a school bus driver in New London for 33 years, pled no contest in January to charges relating to sexual assaults of four boys.

Delton Gorges He admitted to police he had sexually assaulted students over a period of more than 20 years but the convictions are specifically for abusing four children from 2006 to 2010. Gorges was caught after the mother of one of the boys contacted police to report the abuse. Sentencing the man at Waupaca County Court, Judge Kirk said: 'I was looking through one of the reports. It described you - your self-description - as a heterosexual.

'That's about the only piece of information in these three reports that I would correct as, in my opinion, patently incorrect. I think you were born gayer than a sweet smelling jock strap,' He added: 'I think that if anyone believes that in the last 10 years or 15 years all of a sudden you developed an interest in homosexuality and young boys, then I must have looked ravishing in my prom dress this year.' The judge went on to spark further controversy by describing the paedophile as a 'victim'.

Kirk said he believed the 71-year-old defendant, who is married to a woman, had turned out as he had because of the problems he must have faced coming to terms with his sexual preferences in the 1940s and 1950s. 'I think you are one of the victims here as well. I think you are a victim of society. I think you lived your life as a lie all of your years,' he said. 'No one knew there was a closet to come out of in those days. You know you had to be very careful, because you could have found your penis floating in the Wolf as walleye bait. It was a terrible life to have to live.'

Critics immediate reacted to the 'concerning' comments.

'Sometimes people don't say the right thing, but they potentially mean well,' Andrew DeBaker, co-chair of the gay rights group New Pride, told Fox11. 'The thing that concerns me is the linking homosexuality, linking being gay with, in this case, child molestation.'

Paedophile with a long history of abuse was able to foster a child after council failures.

He pretended to MP that he had amnesia to get new identity
Kent council criticised in latest of series of child protection cases

A paedophile was allowed to foster a child despite his history of abusing young boys, it has emerged.

David Mason, who is in his 50s, did not have his identity checked by Kent County Council, which permitted the placement. And only a quick check on his home following his application. The council has now been heavily criticised by a High Court judge.

Formal checks on Mason's application may have exposed his true identity and a history of sexual abuse, said Mr Justice Baker. He urged the authority to 'urgently review its practice' saying he hoped those responsible 'learn the lessons'. Kent County Council has publicly apologised, admitting the care and attention 'was not good enough'.

The case is the latest in a series of distressing episodes for Kent social services, which was ordered by Ofsted to improve child protection services after an inspection last year found them to be inadequate. It emerged from a High Court judgment delivered behind closed doors last month, which has just been made public. The case would have remained secret had not Mr Justice Baker decided, in view of the "alarming matters" that emerged, to allow the 'unusually extensive and troubling' wider issues it raised to be publicised.

Had the council carried out its duties properly and conducted a proper assessment of the man, the fact that he was a paedophile would have come to light sooner. Malcolm Newsam, KCC's interim director of families and social care, said: 'What happened in this case is deeply regrettable. We have been absolutely focused on recognising our shortcomings and weaknesses.'

'A plan to make sure substantial improvements are made to the services we provide to children in Kent is already being actioned.' It has been revealed that 2,700 cases referred to Kent County Council had not been assigned to a dedicated social worker at the height of the crisis in its child protection services. Mason was able to adopt a fresh identity after assistance from his local MP in acquiring a new National Insurance number.

Mason convinced his MP that he was suffering from amnesia, failing to mention that he was wanted by police in Scotland for sexual offences. On the back of a letter from the MP, Mason was also able to secure an extension to his rented accommodation. It was only after allegations unconnected to the fostering case were made in July 2009 that his true identity was revealed.

Mason, who went by the name David Mathews, was arrested and fingerprinted and the lie finally exposed. Mason begged to be locked up and have the key thrown away after admitting a string of horrific crimes against children aged between five and 14.

The bearded and balding art tutor was given an indefinite term of imprisonment in December 2009 after admitting 24 charges including rape. He had previously been jailed for three years in 1982 for abusing a boy Scout.

The most vile and offensive comedian on the planet has definitely got to be Scott Capurro who is not only a homosexual but jewish. Free tickets had been given out to a show he played in London and NO WONDER and no surprise. Never in the history of comedy has a comic(questionable) insulted and abused an audience spouting bigotry and bile that died in the UK 50+ years ago. Bernard Manning would be classed a saint next to the gutter filth masquerading as jokes. Constant comments on vile sexual acts that homosexuals get up to, only add to the way Capurro vents all his own bigotry while demanding respect as a homosexual, a psychiatric evaluation long overdue.

He thinks he is SO smart that he has the right to insult, as an alternative to telling jokes. He talked about playing Sheffield and being attacked and choked by one of the locals. No wonder with the degrading filth that spouts endlessly from his mouth.

If you were NOT homophobic before this show you likely may be persuaded after watching this GAYS very warped and deranged perspective of life.

A quote from Malcolm Hay (24 January 2007). "Comedy - Shocking all over the world". Time Out. p. 47. "Audiences from Edinburgh to Australia have taken umbrage at Scott Capurro's gags. 'I think it was the masturbatory gesture while staring at Christ on the cross'"

A mass same-sex "kiss-in" has been staged outside a pub in central London where two men said they were ejected on Wednesday for kissing each other.

Hundreds of people gathered at the John Snow pub on Broadwich Street, Soho. The men in question, James Bull and Jonathan Williams, attended the protest and held hands outside the building. But Daniel Griffiths, ex-president of the Federation of Licensed Victuallers Associations, said if they did not like the house rules, "don't use the pub". Earlier Thomas Paget, the licence holder of the pub, had refused to comment on the row. Asked whether the venue - which closed early on Friday - had been the victim of a "misunderstanding", Mr Paget said: "I don't have anything to say." Samuel Smith's brewery, which owns the venue, has also not commented.

    'Gone viral'

Mr Williams said the turnout had been "absolutely amazing". The plan was simple: don't talk just kiss.

Minutes beforehand, crowds began to gather in their hundreds. It was a cheerful atmosphere, lips nervously poised, and after a countdown the kissing began. It was brief, far from obscene and met with cheers of approval from onlookers. A rainbow flag was raised above the pub, as Jonathan and James (above) appeared at the door - but this time they chose not to kiss. "I think the landlord has to reconsider his position," he told BBC London. "I think the landlord should realise that you can't do this kind of thing in Soho, because obviously people will react.

"Not just because it's wrong, but because people realise it's not acceptable any more." Asked whether it could have been any kissing couple who were ejected, and not just two men, Mr Williams replied: "Show me a straight couple that has been kicked out. I would gladly reconsider my position." The pub had shut at about 1600 BST, and Richard Lally, 26, of Clapham, south London, said "people started piling out". "The doors were then locked," he added. "You wouldn't think in Soho, this kind of thing would happen." Friday evening's protest was planned on the social-networking website Facebook and had "gone viral", protest organiser Paul Shetler said.

"It seemed rather than us just sort of accepting that we should be hiding away from a place like this, we should just go there instead and have a massive kiss-in." The Metropolitan Police is investigating Wednesday's incident.

colin adams A FORMER head verger at Llandaff Cathedral is facing jail after a jury found him guilty of indecently assaulting a teenage chorister 20 years ago.

Colin James Adams, 58, pictured, was today placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register while he awaits sentencing. After his retrial at Cardiff Crown Court, it emerged he also had a conviction for gross indecency in 1996 which saw him leave his Cardiff post and find a similar role in the North East of England. Jurors today took five hours to find him guilty of three charges. They cleared him of four other allegations of indecent assault and of the more serious charge of buggery.

The jury of six men and six women had been unaware of a first trial which took place at the same court last year, or of the previous offence. They only learned why he had given up his top job at Llandaff Cathedral moments after their foreman delivered the verdicts to an expressionless Adams sitting in the dock. It was, said prosecutor, Sue Ferrier because of an appearance before Cardiff Magistrates Court in February 1996 when he pleaded guilty to gross indecency in public toilets at Leckwith, Cardiff, and was fined £100 with costs.

She told the shocked court: “The evidence was of him being seen entering and leaving the toilets eight times in an hour. “He was seen to be performing a sex act on himself while gazing at another man who was doing likewise.” Adams is currently verger at St Nicholas Cathedral in Newcastle upon Tyne where he has been suspended from duties but allowed to remain in his church-owned house in the grounds, pending the outcome of his trial.

His barrister, Peter Davies said he would be unlikely to be able to keep the accommodation or his job in the light of the guilty pleas returned by a majority of 10 to two and 11 to one. He told the court: “The appearance before Cardiff magistrates in 1996 led to him no longer holding office at Llandaff and he spent a period unemployed before making application to Newcastle. “They knew about the conviction, took him on, initially, on a probationary basis and he has remained there ever since. “He was suspended from duties at the time of his arrest in 2010.”
