RADICAL HOMOSEXUAL 3

HOMOPHOBIA AND ANTI-SEMITISM THE PERFECT COVER FOR EVIL TO PROSPER
Hate crimes that the gay and jewish lobbies have been fomenting in political circles ensure that two groups in society can effectively get away with murder . The Israeli zionists can kill and destroy as many lives as possible in Gaza and Palestine with impunity stating that any critics must be anti-semitic who do not understand the need for Israel to dominate the middle east and have their puppets Britain and America jumping through hoops to accommodate their murder squads.

Meanwhile much of the homosexual promotion in western media has behind the scenes, jews who own and control the complicit media as well as heading the many homosexual promoting groups who dominate the same media. With a growing body of evidence of homosexual paedophilia rife across the globe homophobia is a good weapon to use against anyone who dares suggest so many paedophiles are in fact homosexuals with a very unhealthy appetite for young boys that the same mass media avoids pointing out which would clash with their editorial on promoting all things 'GAY'. These two lobbying groups have been buying off the politicians that on two fronts are allowing them to get away with absolute MURDER with a fully supportive media that continually smears anyone with alternate views on jewish murder squads and homosexual paedophile rings.

  • HOMOSEXUAL PAEDOPHILE DEPORTED FROM CHILE
nigel turner ANOTHER DANGEROUS HOMOSEXUAL PAEDOPHILE PROCURING YOUNG BOYS FOR A GAY PAEDOPHILE RING

A BRITISH paedophile suspect has been deported back home from Chile after allegedly trying to buy a boy for sex.

Nigel Turner, 61, is said to have groomed the 14-year-old boy over the internet. He was detained trying to enter the South American country from Columbia and sent back to the UK. It followed a tip-off from the overseas tracking team of the UK's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP). Turner is already being investigated by CEOP on suspicion of trying to procure Romanian younsters for sex. Turner, of West Yorkshire, was arrested over those allegations in April this year and bailed.

During a search of his home, police are said to have found clothing belonging to a Chilean child. A computer was also seized which allegedly revealed emails between Turner and a woman he struck up a friendship during several visits to the town of La Calera, near Valparaiso. Chilean cops suspect Turner was targeting the woman's teenage son and carried out a search of her home and removed computer equiptment after his attempt to enter the country. Jorge Chocair, head of the International Unit of Chile's Public Prosecutor's Office, said: "The British police found items of clothing belonging to a Chilean boy among his possessions. "They also discovered he had had internet contact with people in our country. "This man is being investigated in Britain for trying to smuggle a Romanian boy into the UK for sexual purposes. "Authorities in Britain alerted us to the fact they had evidence he may have been in contact or tried to make contact with boys in Chile."

The boy's mother insisted that Turner had simply helped her to pay for her son's schooling. She rubbished suggestions he was intending to take him out of Chile and insisted : "My son is not for sale." A CEOP spokeswoman said : "We cannot comment on individuals."

  • HOMOSEXUAL PRIEST ACCUSED OF STEALING FROM CHURCH TO PAY FOR MALE ESCORTS

Gray accused of stealing from church to pay for male escorts

WATERBURY — To many of his supporters, the Rev. Kevin Gray is a humble servant of God who helped those in need, sacrificed for his flock and preached the Gospel at Sacred Heart Church in sermons described as soul-touching. But police say a months-long criminal investigation has revealed the 64-year-old Gray was leading an extravagant double life that his parishioners never knew about. That secret life included male escorts hired in New York, $200,000 in restaurant bills — including dinners at Tavern on the Green — and hotel stays in the lap of Manhattan luxury, expenses amassed by Gray and paid for with the church's money, police say.

Detectives say they discovered Gray, a well-respected Catholic priest and former leader of several city parishes, siphoned roughly $1.3 million from Sacred Heart to pay for a lavish lifestyle usually reserved for the wealthy. Gray is expected to surrender to police today on a felony charge of first-degree larceny, a crime that could lead to 20 years in prison. Police say for the past seven years he cut checks from the church bank account to pay for designer clothes by Armani and overnight stays at Madison Avenue hotels, among a list of other expenses. Although police believe Gray told his congregation he was battling cancer, detectives have determined Gray has never had cancer.

"I think that's how he explained his absence from the parish," said Capt. Christopher Corbett, a police spokesman. Police have investigated Gray since May, when the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Hartford came across financial "discrepancies" during an internal investigation. Archdiocese officials presented their findings to police, who say they've confirmed Gray embezzled the funds.

  • HOMOSEXUAL PAEDOPHILE SUSPECT DOUSED IN PETROL AT COURT TRIAL
Oliver Gilbart-Smith , John Affleck The 'victim' of an alleged paedophile threw petrol over him when he appeared in court in a dramatic attempt to force him into a confession.

John Affleck pounced on Oliver Gilbart-Smith, 62, moments after he had been cleared at Reading Crown Court of 17 counts of sex assaults on boys at a children's home in the 1960s. Affleck, 52, jumped from the public gallery as Mr Gilbart-Smith left the dock. He pulled a bottle of petrol from his pocket and doused the man he had accused of raping him during a five-week trial. He then shouted at Mr Gilbart-Smith as he was being restrained: 'This is just the beginning for you.' The dramatic outburst came as Judge Stephen John told Mr Gilbart-Smith he was a free man after the Crown Prosecution Service said it did not want to pursue a retrial on two child sex charges which a jury had been unable to decide upon.

The same jury had earlier cleared the defendant on 15 of the 17 charges he faced which alleged sexual abuse on eight boys between 1967 and 1970. All the allegations were said to have involved Mr Gilbart-Smith and others at Greenfield House children's hostel in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The hostel, which housed children of primary school age, has since closed. Affleck was one of those who had been a resident there in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

During that time the court heard residents were subjected to sustained, systemic abuse at the hands of the home's managers and numerous visitors. The youngsters were repeatedly raped and even 'loaned out' to other paedophiles elsewhere. Mr Gilbart-Smith, a successful businessman, was accused of being one of those who took part in the sex attacks. Affleck from Southampton, Hants, had been sitting in the public gallery to see whether there would be a retrial on the two remaining counts, when Judge John told Mr Gilbart-Smith he was a free man.

Affleck then lunged forward with a canister of petrol and threw its contents over the former defendant. After his outburst, police arrested Affleck, who was found in possession of a faulty lighter, and took him to a cell. Judge John ordered Affleck, a regular church-goer who runs a company selling Bible teaching resources, be charged with contempt of court. He admitted the charge when he appeared three hours later in front of Judge John. John Causer, prosecuting, said: 'He told officers his intention was to threaten Mr Gilbart-Smith with the lighter after drenching him in petrol to scare him into confessing to the court but he never intended to ignite the petrol.'

Joanna Sear, defending, said: 'There can be no question that Mr Affleck and other witnesses did suffer appalling abuse at the hands of care home staff when they were young men, nor can there be any question that this trial has been almost impossible for Mr Affleck to bear. 'Since the verdicts by the jury he has been in a state of shock. He is suffering from nervous exhaustion and has been to the doctor and prescribed antidepressants.' She said a few weeks ago Affleck collapsed while at church and an ambulance had to be called. 'He has not had any sleep of any consequence since the verdicts,' she added. 'He accepts that he brought the petrol to court. He had a lighter but crucially, that lighter did not work and it was never Mr Affleck's intention that it should do. 'He did what he did to frighten Mr Gilbart-Smith into making a confession.'

Affleck, whose wife sat in the public gallery, had given evidence during the trial of the abuse he suffered at Green Field House. He now lives in Southampton but had attended Reading Crown Court to hear whether Mr Gilbart-Smith would face a retrial for the two charges, neither of which related specifically to Affleck. But while Mr Gilbart-Smith walked free, Affleck was sentenced to a year in prison for his attack.

Sentencing him, Judge John said: 'Police had already given warnings to members of the public including those who were the complainants in this case. 'You came to court having clearly planned to attack Mr Gilbart-Smith and had armed yourself with a quantity of petrol. 'The throwing of petrol over him must have been very frightening. For anyone to have petrol on them gives a real risk that even if you did not want to deliberately set it alight a cigarette or something similar could have put others at risk.'

robin sharp GUILTY: Robin Sharp appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on abuse charges

AN ABERDEEN man has admitted sexually abusing youngsters at a Boys’ Brigade group.
Aberdeen Sheriff Court heard Robin Sharp, 31, used lewd, indecent and libidinous practices and behaviour towards one boy aged between nine and 12, and another between nine and 13 between 1993 and 1998. Sharp, whose address was listed in court papers as 54 Albury Mansions, Aberdeen, admitted the charges. • LONDON MAYOR BORIS JOHNSON LEADS THE HOMO'S THROUGH LONDON
boris gay parade Get the sick bucket out for another round of deviants and trannies traipsing through London proudly shoving their form of lifestyle down the throats of the long suffering heterosexuals. We are all forced to watch the streets of London fill with rampant covorting homosexual's dressed in some of the weirdiest garb ever to be worn by men or women depending at what stage their CHANGE is taking place. WHAT IS THERE TO BE PROUD OF IN THIS SPECTACLE?

Mayor of London Boris Johnson will reprise his role at the head of London's Pride parade tomorrow.

Mr Johnson led the march in 2008, but was unable to attend the event last year. One million people are expected to join tomorrow's celebration, which is the UK's biggest LGBT event. PinkNews.co.uk understands Mr Johnson will not be able to appear at the main stage at 3pm for speeches but has rearranged his diary to join the march. Instead, his deputy, transport advisor Kulveer Ranger, will be one of the speakers in Trafalgar Square. Mr Johnson said in a statement: "This weekend, the streets of London will be thronged with people from all walks of life taking part in one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. I am pleased to support our city's Pride celebrations and proud of London's reputation as a place where you can be yourself. "From poet laureates to politicians and pop stars to rugby players, there's an increasing confidence to be open about your sexuality. Nowhere is this more evident than in London, which is home to one of the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans communities in the world.

"Everybody has the right to live their life as they wish, free from persecution and abuse, and my office is working with the community, the police and other partners to ensure that irrespective of your sexuality all Londoners are able to participate fully in the life of the capital." Mr Johnson recently scrapped the annual Pride reception at City Hall in favour of "community receptions" which focus on areas of London rather than social groups. He promised the events would include LGBT people. Other politicians appearing at the event will be gay Tory minister Nick Herbert and Liberal Democrat equality minister Lynne Featherstone.

Last year, prime minister Gordon Brown's wife Sarah joined the march. Her successor, Samantha Cameron, is heavily pregnant and is not expected to attend. Mr Herbert and Ms Featherstone will join the march and speak at Trafalgar Square afterwards. The event celebrates 40 years since the founding of the Gay Liberation Front.

Although not the first gay organisation in the UK, the GLF is hailed as a turning point in gay activists and former members such as Peter Tatchell, Andrew Lumsden and Alan Wakeman are to march at the front of the parade. The parade begins at Wigmore Street at 1pm tomorrow, passing through Oxford Street and Regent Street and ending at Whitehall.

After the march, acts on the main stage in Trafalgar Square will include Sonique and Same Difference, while gay club Fire will host a dance stage in Leicester Square, instead of Soho, where it is usually held. Fire safety concerns mean there will be crowd controls in Soho, with a small street party area. An afterparty is to be held at Koko in Camden.

Pride spokesman Colm Howard-Lloyd told PinkNews.co.uk that weather forecasts for the day are said to be excellent and the event expects to see around a million visitors. He added: "Last year, we hit the million mark. This year, we expect a similar number."

  • HOMOSEXUAL RINGLEADER OF INTERNATIONAL PAEDO RING TO GET LIFE IN JAIL
gareth hulme The ringleader of an international paedophile gang who was branded 'every parent's nightmare' could spend his life behind bars.

Gareth Hulme, 25, was the lynchpin of a sex abuse network that targeted young children across four countries. He twice raped a young schoolboy and posted a series of online messages arranging the sexual abuse of other children. The security guard was eventually apprehended after he boasted about raping a nine-year-old boy on an internet chatroom. His arrest sparked a string of police raids on homes across Europe leading to the arrest of 25 suspected paedophiles.

More than 20 police forces were called in, including Interpol, to crack down on the child sex ring in Spain, Luxembourg and Ireland. Last night Hulme was beginning an indeterminate sentence after a judge told him he would remain a danger to young boys for many years to come. Judge Anthony Gee QC said: 'No right-thinking person hearing the facts of this case can feel anything but horror, revulsion and disgust.

He told Hulme: 'I regard yours as an appalling case. You are a sexual predator and a paedophile. I regard you as a real danger to young boys who you regard as your prey to satisfy deviant and perverted sexual urges.' Referring to a comment made by Hulme about sex with children where he said 'nine is the youngest that I'd go', Judge Gee said: 'Those views will shock every parent and represents every parent's nightmare.' The judge said: 'It will be a matter for the authorities to decide when you no longer pose a threat to young boys. It may be in many years to come and may be never.' Manchester Crown Court heard Hulme would use the MSN chatrooms to exchange encrypted messages with like-minded abusers telling them he enjoyed 'raping young lads' and causing them pain. On a website for gay youths, the former bouncer groomed a 15-year-old boy and the pair eventually met up and had sex.

The following month, he attempted to arrange to have sex with a child after a man sent him a message claiming to have a cousin they could abuse. Police were tipped off and Hulme was arrested though police found his claims to have raped a nine-year-old were pure fantasy. Hulme lured a 10-year-old boy away from his parents at a festival in Cheshire.

He raped the young boy twice on consecutive days, took photos of the rape with his mobile phone and then later told his security firm boss: 'I don't know why I did it.' Police traced the 10-year-old boy who initially denied anything had happened but later admitted that he had been raped. In an impact statement his parents said: 'There is not a day that goes by that we do not have to think about what happened. We do not know if our son will ever be the same again.' Police decoded encrypted messages on Hulme's computer and found images of child abuse and video clips which had been sent to other men.

Alaric Bassano, prosecuting, said: 'Amongst the offences discussed and apparently contemplated by Hulme are the force rape of children, sexual activity with boys under 10, gaining access to children to abuse by baby sitting, sharing children to abuse and raping the children of friends and family.' Last night Hulme from Gorton , Manchester was given an indeterminate sentence for the protection of the public after admitting 24 child sex offences. They included two rapes of a boy, grooming a child for sexual activity and the making and distribution of graphic video clips of child sex abuse.

Judge Gee QC told Hulme he must serve a minimum of six years before he is eligible for parole but may never be released from prison. Detective Constable Jordan McGowan of Greater Manchester Police said: 'We are satisfied that Hulme was the ringleader of a loose network of paedophiles who were in contact with each other via encrypted messages on internet chat logs. 'He took people who were thinking that way just that one step further. He is certainly the most dangerous man involved in the network.' So far three other men, including a former high school maths teacher, have been charged with child sex offences in connection and the investigation continues.

  • 10 YEAR OLD GRAND MARSHALL AT GAY RIGHTS PARADE SPARKS AMERICA CONTROVERSY
will phillips When the Fayetteville, Ark., Gay Pride Parade steps off on East Street Saturday on its way to the Walton Art Center parking lot, it will be led by a young man who has made a career out of fighting for gay rights.

Make that a young boy. Will Phillips, the grand marshal, is 10 years old, and his presence has thrust Fayetteville's Gay Pride Parade into the national spotlight. Ordinarily, the annual parade is pretty low-key, residents say. The mayor issues a proclamation, the police close a few streets and a few hundred people show up, something that Skip Descant, who covers the city for the Northwest Arkansas Times, says is a lot for a Saturday morning in the summer. Booths are set up in the Wal-Mart parking lot; people linger to hear a few speeches in the hot sun; sometimes there are a few jeers; and then everyone goes home early. It is a pretty low-key affair.

But the selection of young Will, who last November refused to stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance in school to show his support for gay rights, has changed all that. This year the parade has drawn national attention, and it's promising to tread the line between farce and confrontation. The American Family Association, based in Tupelo, Miss., has called Will's selection to be grand marshal “a form of child abuse,” and it has called on the city’s mayor to “cancel his plans to issue a proclamation celebrating homosexual behavior and gay pride.” “We believe that it goes beyond the pale for adults to exploit a 10-year-old child for dark political purposes,” said Bryan Fischer, the director of issue analysis at AFA. “He is too young to understand. There is nothing about homosexual conduct to be proud of and much to be ashamed of.”

The AFA, according to Fischer, has sent an “action alert” to its members in Arkansas, and he says they have deluged the mayor’s and city council’s office with e-mails “asking him to stop this charade.” Though there are no plans to actively protest at the parade, Fischer said, “as of noon Thursday our records show that the mayor and city council had received 12,300 e-mails asking them to stop the parade.” It is an argument that young Will Phillips doesn’t accept. The boy has begun a media blitz of local and national television stations, explaining that he refused to recite the Pledge of Allegiance because it says “all men are created equal,” but gays don’t have the same rights as everyone else. That, the boy says, is why he has become an ambassador of gay rights. Efforts to reach Will and his father were unsuccessful.

Will, who in March received the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) award for his stand, has complained that his support of gay rights has caused him trouble at school and that he has been called a “gay wad” by other students. That prompted comedian newscaster Jon Stewart, host of Comedy Central's The Daily Show, to hire professional wrestler Mick Foley to protect Phillips this weekend. “If I find out that anybody has hassled this young man or teased him or called him a wad of any sort, I and perhaps a few of my friends will come to his school and bring a world of pain,’ Foley warned.

Even within the gay alliance in Arkansas, Will's role has sparked tension. In reaction to the AFA’s charges that children who attend the parade would be in danger, organizer Joney Harper said: “We are not San Francisco ... New York ... we’re pretty much a family affair, so it is pretty safe to be there.” That remark prompted other gay groups to attack him for implying that children might not be safe at Pride gatherings in San Francisco or New York. As one city hall worker remarked in taking a message for the mayor, “This year’s parade is going to be different.”

  • EVIL HOMOSEXUAL PAEDOPHILES WOULD MURDER VICTIM'S MUM IF HE WENT TO COPS
Charles O'Neill and William Lauchlan A VICTIM of killer paedophiles Charles O'Neill and William Lauchlan yesterday told how the pair threatened to murder his mum if he told about his rape ordeal.

Chris Hunter bravely waived his right to anonymity to expose how the evil pair secured his silence after sexually abusing him for five years. Chris, now 29, was just 12 when he was held captive in a small cupboard by the fiends who took turns to rape him. His torture at the hands of Allison McGarrigle's killers began in 1993, when O'Neill himself was still a teenager.

It continued until 1998 when the pair were imprisoned for a combined total of 14 years for abusing Chris and three other boys. But when they were released, they targeted Chris again and kept him prisoner for more than nine months in Spain. Chris - who contracted deadly Hepatitis B as a result of the abuse - told police about their activities after he escaped in 2005. It started a chain of events which led to them being sentenced to a total of 56 years for the murder of would-be whistleblower Allison McGarrigle. Chris, originally from Rothesay on the Isle of Bute, said: "When I was 12 they told me they would kill my mother and the rest of my family and make me watch, if I ever told them or the police. "I knew then, even as a young innocent boy, that they would carry out the threat.

"What they did to Allison McGarrigle proved that they are capable of murder. They killed her because they thought she was about to expose them. "I am sure they would have issued the same threat to all the other boys they abused and who would have been just as scared as me. "That's why they got away with what they did for so many years. "Over the years, they repeated the threats to me about my mother and family but I never forgot the first time they said they would kill them and make me watch. "It was a terrible thing for a 12-year-old to hear. "Even now I am still terrified they will come after me for revenge and do what they promised to do all those years ago. "Though they are doing life in prison, they have people on the outside who will do things for them.

"In prison they will be the king of the beasts and run the show in the protection wings. They will be among the few sex offenders who could go into prison and not fear anyone. "They are also both very intelligent and manipulative which makes them even more terrifying. "I don't think that I will ever feel safe from them."

O'Neill and Lauchlan were convicted last month of sexual abuse charges relating to a 15-year-old boy in Spain and a six-year-old boy in Scotland. O'Neill was also convicted of abusing a boy aged 14 in Irvine. After the pair were convicted of killing Allison, 39, and dumping her body at sea, O'Neill, 47, was told that he must serve at least 30 years in prison. Lauchlan, 33, was given a minimum of 26 years. Chris, who now lives in Ayrshire, was first introduced to Lauchlan by a school friend. He said: "I went to their flat in Rothesay at lunchtime and they would prepare me a meal.

"But when I went to their flat at night, they would lock me in a small cupboard and take turns to abuse me. A lot of the time I think I was drugged up. "If anyone called at the flat when they were abusing me they would tell me to stay in the cupboard." Chris says the pair often targeted children of respectable parents who they befriended under the guise of running boxing and football clubs. He felt he was getting his life back together in 2004 but was then contacted by O'Neill - by then released from prison.

He made Chris drive him to Spain - a trip lasting three days - where he was reunited with Lauchlan. Chris said: "I did it because I was so scared of O'Neill. Again, he threatened me with violence against my family if I did not do what he said. "They kept me locked in a mobile home - a revamped bus - and only let me out when it suited them.

"They both found work in local bars in the Calle De Londres district of Benidorm. "One of the bars was opposite the mobile home, so they could always keep an eye on me. "The only food I ever ate was what they kept on the bus. They held me prisoner for about nine months and I only escaped when I managed to steal back my passport which they had confiscated and kept in a safe on the bus. "I then sold a pair of trainers and my watch to buy a ticket back to Britain. "They sexually abused me while in Spain but they were never charged because it was only my word.

"Once I returned to Britain, I told the police that they were in Spain. "Both had gone there without telling the authorities. "That started the chain of events that led to them being extradited back to Britain and eventually being convicted last week. "Neither of my parents could believe what had happened to me."

Chris's dad - PR consultant Norrie - said: "Neither his mother nor I had any inkling what was happening to our son and the threats these people had made about us. "However, the fact that they murdered Allison McGarrigle for threatening to go to the police proved they were as good as their word. They were not empty threats. "There is no doubt in my mind that had Chris told the police when the abuse started, they would have killed him."

  • MOTHER FEARS EVIL HOMOPAEDO'S MURDERED HER SNATCHED SON
Charles O'Neill and William Lauchlan These are the sicko's the corporate media love and who smear anyone who is against this monstrous behaviour as homophobic.

THE heartbroken mum of a missing schoolboy broke her silence last night after two Scots sex killers were caged and wept: "I'm convinced those monsters took my little boy."

Seven-year-old Yeremi Vargas disappeared three years ago as he played near the family home on Gran Canaria. And in an exclusive interview with the Sunday Mail, Yeremi's mother Ithaisa Suarez told how she fears paedophile predators Charles O'Neill and William Lauchlan snatched the youngster. The evil pair ran a cleaning business in the small Canarian town of Vecindario, where Yeremi, lived and were on the island when he vanished in March 2007.

Lauchlan and O'Neill were jailed for a total of 56 years on Thursday for the murder of Allison McGarrigle, who threatened to expose their child abuse. They had previously been convicted of abusing a six year-old boy in Benidorm, Spain, and in Scotland last month. Staring coldly at a photograph of the grinning sex killers yesterday, Ithaisa, 27, said: "I am pleased that these men are going to be in jail for a very long time because they are obviously evil beyond words. "Maybe in prison they will sit and think about their crimes and talk to the police about what they know.

"If they took Yeremi then I would beg them to speak with detectives in Scotland. "They make me feel sick. I still pray every day that Yeremi will be found but I can't hide my dark thoughts any more - I believe they took him. "It is terrifying to think that these men were in our town so close to where Yeremi was playing when he vanished. "When I see what they are capable of, what mother would not think they took their child?

"They have killed and abused on Gran Canaria, England and Scotland - they are evil beyond words and I am terrified now that they are keeping secret what happened to Yeremi. "Yeremi was a happy little schoolboy playing on waste ground just outside my front door, then he vanished without a trace. "The police on Gran Canaria have not told me much about these men but I know that they are talking to the Scottish police. I am now more scared than ever that they have taken Yeremi and his body will never be found. "I will never stop looking for my boy but if these men know what happened to him then I pray they will speak to the police so Yeremi can be at peace.

"Surely if they are going to spend the rest of their lives in jail they could give a heartbroken family some comfort. All I ask is that they please tell the police anything they know." We revealed in 2007, just a few months after Yeremi's disappearance, how Lauchlan and O'Neill were running Rainbow Cleaning Services on Gran Canaria. Unsuspecting parents were allowing the pair, who have a long history of sex abuse, in to clean their holiday homes - unaware of their twisted past. Detectives on the island have been reluctant to speak about the pair but Ithaisa said the inquiry team based in the Spanish capital Madrid, have been in close contact with Scots detectives.

She added: "I meet with the police regularly but there has been nothing at all and it's now over three years since Yeremi disappeared. "The case has torn my family, the island and the whole of Spain apart - he is our Madeleine McCann and there has been huge publicity. "We keep checking the fields and beaches and we will never give up looking. "Every week my father goes out in his car looking and calling Yeremi's name.

"I keep hoping that maybe he is in a house somewhere off the island and being looked after, but I have been thinking the worst now because it has been so long without any information." Ithaisa's life has been shattered at the loss of her only child. She is still on medication and has regular psychiatric treatment. Yeremi's room remains untouched since the moment he walked out the front door of their two-bedroom flat in the centre of Vecindario to play football on waste ground round the corner.

His favourite Winnie the Pooh bedspread is perfectly folded and his Spider-Man teddies and toy cars neatly arranged on shelves. Ithaisa added: "I am keeping his room for the moment when he will hopefully come back to us. I could never change it. It may never happen but I have to keep hoping." Photos of the youngster are on every wall in the house as Ithaisa struggles to keep her hopes alive.

She said: "This is all I have now - just photos - and that is heartbreaking for my family. "He was such a beautiful friendly boy who was loved by everybody. "We haven't seen his smile for three years, heard him laugh or watch him play. Sometimes I feel like I don't want to carry on but I cannot stop looking, handing out posters and asking around for help." O'Neill and Lauchlan strangled Allison nearly 13 years ago and dumped her at sea in a wheelie bin. Her body was never found.

The perverts befriended mum-of-three Allison after she left her husband, and she eventually became a lodger at their flat in Largs, Ayrshire. But she found out O'Neill and Lauchlan were molesting a young boy at the flat. She confronted the pair - and was never seen again. A year after the murder, the sick pair were found guilty of 31 child abuse charges.

O'Neill was jailed for eight years and Lauchlan for six. Both beasts were freed early - and within weeks, they moved to Vecindario. It is understood the paedophiles fled Britain on false passports to avoid notifying police of their whereabouts as registered sex offenders.

A police source said: "They are not opportunistic paedophiles - this pair are quite possibly among the worst predatory sex attackers in Britain. "They spend a great deal of time pinpointing targets and gaining the trust of the children and their parents before the abuse takes place. "Gran Canaria was no doubt chosen because of the large gay community and they would simply blend into a holiday island."

Two men have been jailed for life after being found guilty of murdering a woman who was planning to report them for abusing a young boy. Convicted paedophiles Charles O'Neill, 47, and William Lauchlan, 33, had denied killing Allison McGarrigle, 39, in 1997 and dumping her body at sea. But a jury at the High Court in Glasgow found them guilty by majority verdict.

O'Neill was told that he must serve at least 30 years in prison while Lauchlan must serve at least 26 years. They were also jailed for 10 years each for the sexual abuse of boys, aged six and 14, of which they were found guilty last month at the same court. In a statement following the guilty verdicts, the McGarrigle family said: "Lauchlan and O'Neill have taken away the best mum in the world." Mrs McGarrigle, whose body has never been found, was reported missing in 1998 and declared dead in 2005. During the trial the court heard how Mrs McGarrigle had met O'Neill and Lauchlan in 1994 after moving to Rothesay, Isle of Bute, following her split from husband Robert.

    Victim's fear

She was introduced by the boy they went on to groom and abuse, and who years later was found hiding in their cupboard.

Mrs McGarrigle lived in fear of them and had threatened to tell police about their abuse of the child.

THE BBC ONCE AGAIN PROMOTE THE JUDGE SENTENCING THEM . JUDGES WHO ARE EVERY BIT A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC AND CHILDREN AS THESE EVIL MONSTERS

"It is clear that you are both dangerous and determined predatory paedophiles and that you now represent a high risk to the safety of the public" says Lord Pentland Judge McGarrigle

On 20 June 1997, she argued with the pair before being pushed by Lauchlan. The mother then yelled: "I know what you are up to I will make sure I see what is coming to you." Mrs McGarrigle went to her bed, but when the boy awoke the next morning, he found she had gone. The pair had killed Mrs McGarrigle whose corpse was put in a wheelie bin and then dumped at sea. She was eventually reported missing by her estranged husband in 1998.

The court heard how O'Neill and Lauchlan had made references to what they had done. One boy, now 27, told the court that he heard O'Neill making comments that "chilled him to the bone".

    Declared dead

The witness told the trial that O'Neill said she was "feeding the fishes down there" as he nodded towards the Firth of Clyde. Drink driver John Molseed was in Barlinnie Prison in 1998 with O'Neill who told him she had been "done away with".

Lauchlan also told a plasterer, Keith Denenny, whom the pair met in Spain in 2004, that Mrs McGarrigle had been "got rid of" and repeated that she was "fed to the fishes". The same year that Mrs McGarrigle was formally declared dead, O'Neill and Lauchlan were charged with her murder. They were released however after prosecutors decided not to go to trial at that stage. The pair were eventually arrested - after several more instances of child abuse - during a police operation in 2008.

In May this year, before the start of the trial, they were convicted of grooming a six-year-old boy having earlier sexually assaulted a 15-year-old boy while they were living in Spain. O'Neill was also found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy in Irvine, Ayrshire. A court order prevented any reporting on those proceedings until the end of this latest case.

    'Predatory criminality'

Jailing the pair for life, judge Lord Pentland said: "It is clear that you are both dangerous and determined predatory paedophiles and that you now represent a high risk to the safety of the public." He noted that the pair had previously "served lengthy sentences of imprisonment imposed in this court for offences of child abuse" but this had not deterred them from "predatory criminality". "In the whole circumstances, I must sentence you on the footing that you are highly ruthless and unrepentant individuals with no respect for the law or the values of a civilised society," the judge said. He also told them that they may never be freed.

The McGarrigle family statement said: "Allison McGarrigle was a bubbly, happy woman with a heart of gold. She loved children and she was taken from us trying to protect a young boy from abuse." The family said they "miss her terribly and wish that we could lay her to rest".

  • HOLLYWOOD HOMO'S
Homosexuality and Hollywood celebrity are familiar bedfellows, with many of Tinsel Town's most celebrated denizens having bowled from the pavilion end - Rock Hudson, James Dean and Anne Heche to name but a few. Indeed, gay sex scandals date right back to the silent era and Fatty Arbuckle, whose career was wrecked when it was revealed that he had buggered all twelve Keystone Cops during one of Clara Bow's wild orgies. In more recent years, popular heavyweight TV sleuth Raymond Burr was well known for his homosexual liaisons with rent-boys - few people realise that he performed the role of "Ironside" in a wheelchair because by 1967 he had taken it up the bum so often that he had trouble standing up.

Coming right up to date, rumours as to the sexuality of certain Hollywood couples (who shall remain nameless due to the fear of legal action), have been rife (and unproven). Now a powerful new documentary by gay film-maker Kenny Ireful is threatening to blow the lid on some of La-La Land's less well-known gay scandals! "The Sleaze" has had an exclusive preview of the new documentary, entitled "Mondo Homo", and can confirm that it contains some startling revelations! Some of the material covered by the documentary is familiar - tales of John Wayne wearing women's clothes, the young Clarke Gable being given blow-jobs by fellow MGM player William Haines - but Ireful also brings to the fore some lesser known facts, such as Wayne's uniform fetish and his affair with Gable.

"The Duke" apparently liked nothing better than dressing up in a military uniform borrowed from the props department- especially if it included plenty of leather strapping and thigh-length boots. Wayne and Clarke Gable became lovers in 1936 when, at one of studio chief Irving Thalberg's parties, big John, dressed as a member of Queen's Own Highlanders, revealed to Gable that he was wearing nothing under his kilt. He and Gable then retired to a bedroom where the "Gone With The Wind" star proceeded to give Wayne's arse the thrashing of a lifetime with a swagger stick. A torrid three year affair followed, during which Wayne and Gable's wild antics became legendary. On one occasion they nearly gave Al Jolson a heart attack when, dressed in Ku Klux Klan robes, they burst into his hotel room where - wearing black-face - he was growling at Ruby Keeler's badger, and threatened to lynch him. In later years Wayne's uniform fetish nearly destroyed him when, in 1955, "Confidential" magazine threatened to publish a photo of the arch commie-hater dressed as a Soviet Commissar whilst embracing well-known communist Paul Robeson. Eventually a costly settlement was reached.

Despite many of its leading lights preferring to navigate the windward passage, for decades Hollywood moguls were keen to excise any suggestion of back seat driving from their productions. According to Ireful, MGM's 1926 silent epic "Ben Hur" fell foul of this homophopia, with several sequences featuring Roman soldiers worshipping huge stone penises being cut by the studio. Director Fred Niblo claimed that he had chosen to depict the rituals of the bizarre phallocentric cult established by the Roman Emperor Egallabus in AD 170, in order to highlight the degeneracy and decadence of the perverted pagan Romans.

Although the footage was removed and destroyed, star Ramon Novarro was so taken with the Egallabus cult that he founded his own branch in Hollywood. Gay Novarro immediately installed himself as high priest of the cult and had one of the giant penis props moved to his Beverley Hills mansion. He quickly initiated several fellow thespians and soon the likes of Erich Von Stroheim, Charlie Chaplin, Douglas Fairbanks and Rudolph Valentino could be seen enthusiastically whacking off over the phallic effigy. The cult's activities soon attracted the attention of the authorities and, in 1927, Novarro was forced to move his base of operations away from his home to a "monastry" located deep in the Hollywood hills.

At about the same time he had a serious falling out with Valentino, who claimed that the cult's ceremonies should include a ritual sacrifice to the demi-god Egallabus in which a young male follower was castrated, (Egallabus took a eunuch as his lover). Valentino set up a breakaway chapter of the cult. However, its success was limited, with few members being willing to participate in the castration ritual and, following Valentino's death, falling members were believed to have resulted in it petering out. Nevertheless, Ireful's documentary suggests that Novarro's murder in 1968 (he was choked to death on a dildo given to him by Valentino) may have been carried out by acolytes of the rival cult.

Even in the swinging sixties studio chiefs were wary of acknowledging the existence of homosexuality. "Mondo Homo" includes rare footage from the notoriously banned 1967 "Star Trek" episode "The Dark Star Factor", in which, after passing through the mysterious Barking Spider Nebula, the crew of the "Enterprise" start experiencing unfamiliar sexual urges. "Jim, I find myself strangely attracted to you.." Spock announces in one startling scene, as he rips Kirk's shirt off. "Spock, Spock!" protests Kirk.

"Are you out of your Vulcan mind? You know I have eyes only for Scotty!" Kirk then engages in an intense sado-masochistic relationship with his Chief Engineer, shouting "Beat me up Scotty" as the gruff Scotsman whips him with his sporran. Dr McCoy is affected differently, staggering onto the bridge crying "I'm a Doctor Jim, not some sad old pervert who dresses up like Abraham Lincoln and exposes himself to small children in public parks!" before donning a false beard and waving his stovepipe at a young female ensign. The episode - penned by New Wave science fiction author Jacksie Rabbitt - shocked NBC executives so much they immediately ordered that all copies be destroyed. Happily some footage, including what would have been the first US network TV lesbian kiss between Uhura and Yeoman Rand, has survived, and Ireful is to be congratulated on finally airing it.

  • GAY FILES: HISTORY'S GRIM CLOSET
gay closet Research for a film led a director to explore repression and persecution in the US, Britain and Russia.

DELVING into millions of unclassified FBI and CIA documents and recordings covering six decades or more, one realises conventional history is a bit of a farce, since everything said by governments at the time is undercut by millions of secret documents revealing an alternative universe. Metaphorically, but sometimes in fact, real history is in the closet. FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, last century's greatest professional voyeur and adept keeper of secrets for 48 years, had great interest in homosexuality, as reflected in his files.

This went beyond gossip on stars such as Rock Hudson but reflected events on which history has turned. Tracking the subject of homosexuality in these formerly "Eyes Only" secret documents, reveals an often malicious national security and political obsession with homosexuality at the highest levels of the US and British governments, including among US presidents Richard Nixon, Lyndon Johnson, Harry Truman and Dwight Eisenhower. On the surface, the obsession had understandable origins with the revelation that some of Britain's great spies and traitors – Guy Burgess, Donald Maclean and, later, Anthony Blunt – were homosexual Soviet agents. Burgess, with British (heterosexual) master spy Kim Philby, had helped advise on the structure of the CIA. Unclassified FBI files reveal a US intelligence frenzy of activity around these events with top secret memos to director Hoover regularly noting that Burgess was "homosexual", Maclean "reportedly homosexual" and Blunt "notoriously homosexual".

Homosexuality was now tied to treason and it was open season. Repression on suspected gays under arcane 1941 "sex psychopath" laws continued at least until 1971 and included – horrifyingly and incredibly – castration, incarceration in mental hospitals and lobotomies in at least seven US states. The American Psychiatric Association finally rebuked "reparative" or "conversion" therapy for homosexuals in 1998. In Britain similar inhumane persecution occurred. In 1952, Alan Turing, 41, a mathematical genius, master decoder of Nazi ciphers and arguably an inventor of the modern computer, was arrested on homosexuality charges and sentenced to a year of "conversion" hormone treatment. Also accused of subversion, he committed suicide in 1954, apparently by eating a cyanide-laced apple.

On the other hand, Soviet intelligence – analysed in an unclassified CIA study by defector Alexander Orlov on Theory and Practice of Soviet Intelligence – was "amazed at the mutual consideration and loyalty which prevailed among homosexuals". Prejudice in the West proved dangerous to its own survival. The Soviet use of homosexual spies and recruiters in the West was to result in possibly the espionage coup of the 20th century with the penetration and devastation of Western intelligence by the Cambridge University spy ring, initiated in the 1930s. The FBI kept copious newspaper and magazine files. US magazines of the 1950s – such as Confidential, at one point outselling Time and a precursor to today's tabloid culture – were an explosive, terrorising mix of hard right-wing politics, sex scandals and outing gays in Hollywood and even Washington, as in the case of former US under secretary of state Sumner Welles in March 1956. Hysterical articles claimed the government was infiltrated with "sex deviates" and in 1950 the Senate announced it would investigate Washington police department estimates that 3500 homosexuals had federal jobs. Per FBI files Burgess – in Washington at the time of the hearings with Philby, to help and liaise with the CIA – was disturbed by the hearings but obviously had the last laugh. Major events in 20th-century history – including World War II, the atomic bomb, the Korean War – were all affected by the activities of probably the most effective spy ring on record. Historians are still trying to sort out the mess, since they were in place for decades. For example, an FBI file notes Maclean had access to "practically all high level US and UK projects" and secret coded communications. When you consider Kim Philby was not only head of the (anti) Soviet Section of British Intelligence but helped establish the CIA, you get an idea of the catastrophe. The huge FBI investigation of the watershed English spy scandal was an indication of the intelligence disaster. Censored files show much is still not public, even now. Burgess and Maclean had also contributed to, if not triggered, attacks on the Cold War's so-called Lavender Menace. A crude, broad brush now painted communists and traitors as gay. Hoover's secret files grew as politician Adlai Stevenson, prominent lawyer Alger Hiss and others were rumoured in memos as "queer".

In the ensuing accusatory melee – immortalised in Arthur Miller's The Crucible, albeit a heterosexual version – even principal red baiter senator Joe McCarthy was "gay baited". McCarthy and his assistant Roy Cohn outed Communists and sometimes homosexuals in the notorious 1950s hearings. Trampling contemporary shades of political correctness, Cohn himself was homosexual and a nasty piece of work, destroying fellow homosexuals and smearing others. McCarthy himself was targeted by writer Hank Greenspun. "It is common talk among homosexuals in Milwaukee who rendezvous in the White Horse Inn that Senator Joe McCarthy has often engaged in homosexual activities." McCarthy shortly thereafter married his secretary. Alleged and real Communists and homosexuals were purged from government jobs. Confidential magazine revved it all up: "A conspiracy of silence among Washington bigwigs and news correspondents has kept the public ignorant of how high homosexuals were able to penetrate the State Department, or how decisive was their influence." Secret FBI files show that Hoover closely tracked Blunt, the "Fourth Man", from 1956 on, whenever he came to lecture on art in the US. Blunt's FBI files have many deletions but it is clear Hoover was on to him in secret memos as a friend of Burgess and Maclean, and in 1963 as a "confirmed homosexual".

A "Secret and Personal" memo to Hoover in 1967 notes an informant is "positive Blunt was a Soviet agent". This was, of course, true but did not become public until 1979, embarrassing British prime minister Margaret Thatcher and becoming prominent again in the Spycatcher trial in Australia in 1986. The Cambridge spies feature in 3219 unclassified forensic and other FBI documents. They reflect a justified panic, leavened by some inadvertent bureaucratic humour. A top-secret 1955 memo to Hoover notes "peculiarities" of super-spy Burgess include "excessive drinking, slovenly [appearance], chain-smoker, homosexuality". In fact, more than likely one of Burgess's covers was acting like a mad, drunken homosexual to the point that counter-intelligence never suspected he could be a serious threat, until he defected. The myth that most homosexuals were "femme" or not tough also helped the spies. In fact, these very hard men had minds like steel traps and the ability to betray friends, family and country was essential to promulgate their core political beliefs.

Some US presidents, like Nixon, were openly homophobic. Nixon is caught on released tapes of May 13, 1971, saying northern California has "gotten so faggy . . . that I won't shake hands with anybody from San Francisco . . . I don't want to see this country go that way. You know what happened to the Greeks. Homosexuality destroyed them." Unclassified FBI files reveal that Nixon asked Hoover to find out who was homosexual in the Washington press corps. In 1964 Johnson was shocked when close friend and presidential assistant Walter Jenkins was arrested for oral sex in a YMCA toilet in Washington. Formerly secret tapes reveal Johnson feigning naivety to FBI chief Hoover, saying: "I guess you are going to have to teach me something about this stuff . . . I swear I can't recognise them. I don't know anything about them." Hoover replies: "It's a thing you can't tell sometimes . . . just like poor Jenkins. There are some that walk kind of funny. That you might think a little off or queer." Demurring to the master's superior knowledge, Johnson asked Hoover to find out who else was gay in his White House. The exquisite irony of Hoover ferreting out homosexuals for presidents and national security reasons – and advising LBJ on how to spot homosexuals for dummies – can't be lost on anyone who knows Hoover himself was the centre of rumour and gay urban legend for decades. He lived with his mother until he was 43. On his death, he bequeathed his estate to his FBI deputy Clyde Tolson, now buried a few metres from him. Acutely aware of his image and this issue, Hoover's uber files or "DO NOT FILE" files transferred to the US National Archives in 2005, reveal he had FBI agents investigate rumours that he was "queer" as early as 1944, long before any "Lavender" panic in the US government. Despite sensational allegations by scandal connoisseurs that Hoover was a cross-dresser and the mafia had blackmail photos of Hoover being intimate with Tolson, there is no conventional hard evidence, only circumstantial notes. However, these "Official and Confidential Files" contain numerous references to homosexual allegations and "derogatory information" about famous people covering decades. FBI files show derogatory remarks about Hoover himself were noted when heard in "beauty salons" in 1951 and a memo was filed when it was rumoured the Los Angeles Times's Jack Nelson planned to write that Hoover was homosexual in 1970.

The government's hounding and persecution of homosexuals had become a major civil rights issue, so obviously the matter was extremely sensitive, if, in fact, Hoover was gay. The FBI was tracking and bugging the Gay Activists Alliance in the 1970s and memos about the activists to Hoover marked "secret" are alarmingly headed, "Revolutionary Activities". If Hoover, McCarthy and Cohn were gay, then politics trumped sexual preference in their energetic pursuit of alleged or real "enemies of the state". But if gay men who were pillars of the establishment got into a jam, then files reveal attitudes could somersault, as exemplified by the extraordinary tale of Joseph Alsop. On April 1, 1957, CIA director Allen Dulles wrote a "SECRET EYES ONLY" memo to Hoover, enclosing a nine-page confession by Alsop, Washington socialite and conservative journalist, detailing that he was homosexual and that, consequently, eight weeks earlier he had been framed by the KGB in Moscow when men burst into a hotel room, catching him in "the act" with a young Russian "pleasant-mannered fellow". This was not an April Fool's day joke, this was the hard-core side of the Cold War. So sensitive was the matter it took 42 years for the confession to become unclassified. Alsop initially became suicidal when caught by the Russians, who tried, but failed according to Alsop, to get him to change sides. He was helped by US ambassador Charles Bohlen in Moscow (himself subject to rumours of homosexuality and an appointment opposed by McCarthy). Initially, Hoover and Dulles accepted Alsop's abject mea culpa and self-described "folly". A memo to Hoover marked "top secret" indicates Dulles was still suspicious: "I am not at all satisfied with the subject's evaluation of his own situation or his refusal to co-operate more fully in the interview."

Nevertheless only six years later, Alsop is recorded in tapes three days after John F. Kennedy's assassination strongly urging, in a subtle blend of insistence and grovelling, that Johnson set up a blue ribbon commission that would "carry unchallengeable convictions". Alsop added, "I'm giving you public relations advice and not legal advice" to handle the assassination aftermath. Johnson had wanted the matter settled in Texas as a police matter, as he coolly said to Hoover on the same day, "We can't be checking up on every shooting scrape in the country." Earlier LBJ had asked Alsop: "Why can't the FBI transmit [details of the investigation]?" Alsop replied: "[The commission] will carry absolute conviction . . . no one on the left will believe the FBI . . . and the FBI does not write very well . . . I hate to interfere, sir . . . I only dare to do so because I care so much about you." Johnson replied: "I know that, Joe." Alsop prevailed and the Warren Commission was born. Dulles would be a member. From being framed by the KGB in a gay assignation in Moscow, to giving advice to the brand new president on a key event of the century, is quite a turn of events. Graham Greene, eat your heart out.

  • WHY CAN'T BELIEVERS BE ALLOWED THEIR SCRUPLES?
gary mcfarlane ONCE again Lord Justice Laws from his privileged chair in the High Court has produced another illogical and bigoted judgment that he seeks to pass off as wisdom.

A certain Gary McFarlane, a “relationship counsellor”, was fired because he felt unable to offer advice to two gay men by giving them “sex therapy lessons”. His reason? As a very devout Old Testament Christian he believed the gay-male sex act to be sinful. Whether you agree with the Bible or not, there is a principle involved. Can any person either insist on doing something or not doing it on religious grounds? Laws was adamant.

Mr McFarlane was rightly sacked; but he went further, decreeing that any law for the protection of a position held purely on religious grounds is “irrational, divisive, capricious and arbitrary”. Oh yes? Then answer this M’Lud. How come a Sikh is exempt from ripping off his turban and being forced to wear a crash helmet on a scooter? Because the law allows. Is a Roman Catholic surgeon fired on the spot for declining to perform an abortion or engage in stem cell research? No. Why? Because he is exempted on religious grounds. In short it is Master Laws who is being irrational, capricious and arbitrary. And not for the first time. Years ago he refused the appeal of greengrocer Steve Thoburn who had been convicted by the dim magistrates of his native Sunderland for the crime of selling fruit and veg in pounds instead of kilos. It was pointed out that the law forbidding this had been superseded by a more recent law permitting sales in pounds and ounces after all. Everyone knows the later laws override the earlier ones as the second will override the first. Except Master Laws. Out of a clear blue sky he decided the earlier law under which the harmless greengrocer had been convicted was a “constitutional” one and had precedence. Bananas? Part of our constitution? The man had been selling bananas.

Look, there are six great religions. Sikhism, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity and Islam. All six have their enforcements and prohibitions, which the really devout believe they have to abide by. And if they do no harm to the rest of us, why not? Unless they happen to be Christians and come up against this Uriah Heep for the Establishment, Brussels and political correctness. Then they will learn the meaning of privileged bigotry.

  • HOMOSEXUAL SCHOOL HEAD FOUND DEAD ON EVE OF TRIAL FOR ABUSE OF YOUNG BOYS
Stevenage's Hilltop Special Boarding School A former head of care at a boarding school has been found dead on the eve of his trial for alleged sex offences on young boys more than 30 years ago.

David Harris was found dead in bed at his home in Plymouth after police forced their way inside. Officers were asked to go to Mr Harris's home in the city after being contacted last Tuesday by colleagues in Hertfordshire. The 63-year-old had been due to appear at Luton Crown Court on that day for his trial accused of sexual offences on five boys, aged around seven and eight. The alleged crimes were said to have taken place between 1972 and 1990 at Stevenage's Hilltop Special Boarding School for children.

When Mr Harris failed to arrive at court, a bench warrant was issued by Judge Richard Foster not backed for bail, with the hope that Mr Davies attend the trial the following day. However, on Wednesday, the news reached the court that police who had entered his home in Knighton Road had discovered a body. Judge Foster then adjourned the case until Friday when prosecutor Ann Evans told the court the man had been identified as Mr Harris. The court heard a post mortem is to be held to establish how Mr Harris died.

Mr Harris was in bed when police found him, but Mrs Evans said no suicide note had been found. While a letter was found nearby Mr Harris's body, Mrs Evans said it was written to a neighbour explaining he was going to be away for a while while in court. If the trial had gone ahead, Mrs Evans said she was expecting five men, now in their 30s and 40s, to testify against Mr Harris. All five men had been pupils at had been at the boarding school for pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties when they claim they were sexually abused by Mr Harris.

Mrs Evans said: 'All five had been prepared to come to court.' Mr Harris faced 30 charges alleging he had carried out serious sex offences and acts of indecency on the boys. The boys' school has now closed.

Mr Harris, who was not married, joined the school in 1972 and eventually became head of care. He lived in a flat in the school grounds near a dormitory where the boys slept, and was responsible for the care and welfare of the students when they were not in the classroom. Mr Harris had been due to plead not guilty to all the charges at Luton Crown Court last week.

On Friday Mrs Evans said as a result of his death, the indictment against Mr Harris had no legal effect. Judge Foster agreed and ordered the file on the case should be closed.

  • BRISBANE HOMOSEXUAL TEACHER JAILED FOR MOLESTING YOUNG BOYS
brisbane court A FORMER teacher who molested four boys at a Queensland high school has been jailed for three and a half years.

Anthony Bruce Spencer, 64, pleaded guilty in the Brisbane District Court on Tuesday to three charges of indecent treatment and six charges of indecent assault. The court was told that between 1968 and 1972, when Spencer was a teacher at Scots College at Warwick southwest of Brisbane, he molested four boys aged 11 to 16. He lured the boys from the playground into his on-campus bedroom on the pretext of discussing school sports matters, the court was told.

"In the victim impact statement, each spoke of a betrayal of trust,'' Crown prosecutor Belinda Merrin told the court. "They were at school and expected to be protected by adults. "He abused that trust for his own sexual gratification.'' The court was told Spencer had a history of sex crimes and had made efforts to rehabilitate himself with counselling. Ms Merrin said Spencer was released on parole just last week after serving nine months of a one-year sentence in NSW for another sex offence. "The behaviour continued when he left Scots College and went to NSW,'' she said.

Judge Mick Noud handed Spencer a combined sentence of three-and-a-half years. He will be eligible for parole in 10 months. He said it was a serious case that had long-term consequences for the victims, but acknowledged Spencer's efforts to rehabilitate himself. "Apart from these matters, significant though they are, you have led a life one can not take issue with,'' Judge Noud said. Spencer will be eligible for parole in March 2011. The offence Spencer was jailed for in NSW involved a 14-year-old student of All Saint's College at Bathurst.

  • ORWELLIAN LOGIC THATS TURNING THE FAITH UK WAS BUILT ON INTO A CRIME
dale mcalpine HUMAN RIGHTS AS SEEN THROUGH JUDICIAL EYES AND THEIR DISTORTED AND PERVERTED MASONIC TINTED GLASSES ARE ONLY FOR SERIAL CRIMINALS, HOMOSEXUALS AND THEIR BROTHERS

Terrifying as this may seem, the attempt to stamp out Christianity in Britain appears to be gathering pace. Dale McAlpine was preaching to shoppers in Workington, Cumbria, that homosexuality is a sin when he found himself carted off by the police, locked up in a cell for seven hours and charged with using abusive or insulting words or behaviour. It appears that two police community support officers - at least one of whom was gay - claimed he had caused distress to themselves and members of the public. Under our anti-discrimination laws, such distress is not to be permitted.

And so we have the oppressive and sinister situation where a gentle, unaggressive Christian is arrested and charged simply for preaching Christian principles. It would appear that Christianity, the normative faith of this country on which its morality, values and civilisation are based, is effectively being turned into a crime. Surreally, this intolerant denial of freedom is being perpetrated under the rubric of promoting tolerance and equality - but only towards approved groups. Never has George Orwell's famous satirical observation, that some people are more equal than others, appeared more true. The Cumbrian arrest comes hard on the heels of last week's ruling by Lord Justice Laws in the case of Gary McFarlane, who was dismissed as a Relate counsellor because he refused to give advice to samesex couples on sexual relationships.

    Principles

The judge not only upheld Relate's case against McFarlane but went even further, saying in terms that the law could provide no legal protection for Christians who wish to live according to their religious principles. And how did he arrive at this remarkable conclusion that deprives Christians of their rights? By cherry-picking human rights law. The judge said merely that this conferred upon believers the right to 'hold or express' religious views. In fact, the European Convention on Human Rights goes much further, giving people the right to manifest 'freedom of thought, conscience and religion' through 'worship, teaching, practice and observance'. Yet the judge chose not to mention this right to put religious beliefs into practice.

Instead, he stated that giving legal protection to Christian beliefs was 'deeply unprincipled' and 'on the way to a theocracy'. You really do have to scratch your head at this. The protection of religious conscience is a fundamental principle of a liberal and free society. To equate this protection with theocracy - or the imposition of religious law upon a society - displays a remarkable intellectual and moral confusion, and has resulted in a ruling that is frighteningly illiberal and intolerant. Of course, you could say that this is merely the result of human rights law for which Parliament rather than the judges is responsible. But the courts could interpret that same human rights law very differently. The problem is that the judges are refusing to strike a proper balance.

Instead of arbitrating fairly between competing rights by granting exemptions for religious believers from anti-religious laws, they are choosing to impose secular values and thus destroy the right to live and work Christian principles. What seems to have particularly offended Lord Justice Laws was the idea of protecting certain beliefs specifically because they were religious. This was wrong, he said, because religious ideas were not applicable to the whole of society, since they existed only in the hearts of religious believers.

He thus appeared, totally, to miss the point - that freedom of conscience is supposedly a right for all, including minorities. It would seem that either a tin ear or, worse, an animosity towards religion drives all before it. This was what caused the former Archbishop of Canterbury, Lord Carey, to protest in a statement to the court that judges were effectively damning Christianity itself as discriminatory and, therefore, bigoted.

    Patronising

He was so alarmed by the apparent secular prejudice of the judiciary that he suggested the establishment of a special court to deal with cases of religious discrimination composed of judges with some understanding of religious issues. As if to prove his point, Lord Justice Laws dismissed all his arguments out of hand with the patronising observation that Lord Carey had not understood the law. On the contrary, it is surely Lord Justice Laws who does not understand that he and his fellow judges are mistaking secularism for neutrality - confusing the secular onslaught upon religion with the need to hold the ring between competing beliefs. There is a long and growing list of British Christians who have been harassed by the police, sacked or otherwise fallen foul of authority simply for upholding their religious beliefs.

Pensioners have found the police on their doorstep accusing them of 'hate crime' for objecting to their council about a gay pride march or merely asking if they could distribute Christian leaflets alongside the gay rights literature. A preacher who went around with a placard denouncing homosexuality was prosecuted even though he was the victim of an assault by onlookers who threw soil and water over him. In the field of employment, Christians have been suspended or sacked for refusing to officiate at civil partnership ceremonies or place children for adoption with gay couples and for wearing a cross or praying with patients for their recovery. Many of these cases involve the issue of homosexuality since this is the principal area where orthodox Christian beliefs cannot co-exist with the law.

This is in contrast to other contentious issues such as abortion, where the law specifically provides exemptions for conscience. This is because unlike the specific and limited issue of abortion, the militant gay rights agenda represents an attack on the entire value system of our society by destroying the very idea that any sexual behaviour is normal. Anyone who says homosexuality is not normal is, therefore, thrown to the wolves as a bigot.

This is what recently happened to the then Conservative parliamentary candidate Philip Lardner. He said churches should not be forced to have practising homosexual clergy and Christians should not be penalised for politely saying that homosexuality is 'wrong'.

    Conscience

He also said that he would always support the rights of homosexuals to be treated fairly and to live as they wanted in private, but he would not accept that their behaviour was 'normal' or encourage children to indulge in it. For this expression of traditional Christian - and, indeed, liberal - values, he was not only deselected as a Tory candidate at the speed of light on the grounds that his remarks were 'deeply offensive and unacceptable', but suspended from his job as a primary school teacher. As Lardner has angrily observed, it appears that Christian views are no longer acceptable within the Conservative party. Far from their historic role in defending the bedrock values of this society, the Tories have thus put themselves on the side of the illiberal onslaught on freedom of conscience.

Of course, true prejudice and bigotry are wrong, whether towards homosexuals or anyone else. But the decent impulse to protect the rights of gay people is very different from trying to destroy the bedrock values of our society. Yet, that is precisely what it has become. As a result, Britain is turning from a liberal Christian country - whose liberalism is rooted in its religious tradition - into an illiberal, oppressive secular state with no room for religious conscience. Under the camouflage of human rights, this is the way freedom dies.

  • CHRISTIAN PREACHER ON HOOLIGAN CHARGE FOR SAYING HOMOSEXUALITY IS A SIN
dale mcalpine THE RISE OF THE GAY NAZI'S ESPECIALLY IN THE MASONIC COPS

A Christian street preacher has been arrested and charged with a public-order offence after saying that homosexuality was sinful.

Dale McAlpine was handing out leaflets to shoppers when he told a passer-by and a gay police community support officer that, as a Christian, he believed homosexuality was one of a number of sins that go against the word of God. Mr McAlpine said that he did not repeat his remarks on homosexuality when he preached from the top of a stepladder after his leafleting. But he has been told that police officers are alleging they heard him making his remarks to a member of the public in a loud voice that could be overheard by others.

Mr McAlpine, 42, who earns about £40,000 a year in the energy industry, was arrested and taken to the local police station in the back of a police van after preaching in the Cumbrian town of Workington on April 20. After seven hours locked up in a cell, he was charged with using abusive or insulting words or behaviour contrary to the Public Order Act 1986. Mr McAlpine – who has delivered open-air sermons and handed out leaflets in Workington for years, and has never been in trouble with the police – said the incident was one of the worst moments of his life. ‘I felt deeply shocked and humiliated that I had been arrested in my own town and treated like a common criminal in front of people I know,’ he said.

‘My freedom was taken away on the hearsay of someone who disliked what I said, and I was charged under a law that doesn’t apply.’ He said he was not homophobic and has gay friends, but he feels compelled by his faith to urge people to abandon all types of sins so they can seek salvation. ‘If you are preaching hate and calling on people to harm others, it is right that is against the law,’ he said. ‘But I would never do that. If we have a free society, I should be allowed to preach the Gospel as generations have before me.’ adams

Christian campaigners said last night they were alarmed that the police seemed to be using legislation originally introduced to deal with violent and abusive rioters and football hooligans to curb free speech. Neil Addison, a barrister and expert on religious law, said: ‘People should be able to express their opinions freely as long as their conduct is reasonable. In fact, it is part of the duty of the police to protect free speech.’ Mike Judge, a spokesman for the Christian Institute, which is supporting Mr McAlpine, said: ‘Dale is an ordinary, everyday Christian with traditional views about sexual ethics. 'Some people will agree with him, others will disagree. But it’s not for the police to arrest someone just because others may disagree with what is said.’

Mr McAlpine’s ordeal began when he and two other Christians went to the pedestrianised shopping precinct in the centre of Workington. He took a small stepladder and a rucksack of Christian leaflets and met full-time preacher Keith Bullock from Carlisle and a friend from his evangelical church in Workington. Mr Bullock began speaking from the stepladder outside a mobile phone shop close to a number of stores and coffee bars.

Mr Mcalpine said he and his church colleague handed out to passers-by leaflets explaining the Ten Commandments or offering a ‘ticket to heaven’. He recalled: ‘It wasn’t very busy, but within about five minutes I noticed two police community support officers in fluorescent waistcoats and blue peaked caps watching from about ten feet.’ Mr Mcalpine said a woman came up to him and they became engaged in a debate about his faith, during which he says he recited a number of sins referred to in 1 Corinthians in the Bible, including blasphemy, fornication, adultery, drunkenness and homosexuality, as well as talking about repentance and salvation. He and the woman were standing close to each other and he said he did not raise his voice.

Mr McAlpine says that as the woman left, one of the two officers, PCSO Sam Adams, approached her and had a brief chat before walking towards him. Mr McAlpine asked Mr Adams if everything was OK. According to Mr McAlpine, Mr Adams said there had been complaints and warned him that if he made racist or homophobic remarks he could be arrested. Mr McAlpine said: ‘I told him I was not homophobic but sometimes I did say that the Bible says homosexuality is a crime against the Creator, but it was not against the law to say this. ‘The PCSO then told me he was gay and he was the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender liaison officer for the police. ‘I said, “It is still a sin”, and our conversation ended. It wasn’t a loud or aggressive conversation.’ adams

Mr Adams has been a member of Cumbria police’s LGBT staff association and last year represented the force at the Gay Pride festival in Manchester, marching in the parade with a police dog named Whistle. On the social networking site MySpace, he describes his orientation as gay and his religion as atheist. Soon after midday, Mr McAlpine took over from Mr Bullock on the stepladder and says he preached for about 20 minutes. He said he mentioned drunkenness and adultery, and that religions such as Buddhism, Islam and even Roman Catholicism were not the way of salvation, but did not speak about homosexuality.

During the sermon he was heckled by a middle-aged man who berated his colleague Mr Bullock, asking what right he had to preach that drunkenness was wrong. At that point Mr Adams, who Mr McAlpine said had been talking on his radio, intervened, and the man left. A few minutes later three regular uniformed policemen arrived and Mr Mcalpine said one asked him if he had made homophobic remarks. Mr McAlpine said he told the officers that while he was not homophobic, he did believe homosexuality was a sin and there was no law against saying so.

‘I knew that I hadn’t done anything wrong so I told myself to remain calm, but it was very intimidating,’ he recalled. ‘I was then arrested, read my rights and put into the back of a marked police van. When we got to the station they emptied my pockets, took my mobile and my belt and my trainers, so I was in my socks.’ Mr McAlpine was put in a cell and asked for his Bible. ‘I read it and sang hymns like Amazing Grace as loudly as I could,’ he said.

Police took his fingerprints, a palm print, a retina scan and a DNA swab. He eventually saw the duty solicitor and was interviewed by an officer in a room equipped with a table, four chairs and a recording device. Mr McAlpine was told that the two PCSOs had alleged that they heard him shouting that homosexuality was a sin, which had distressed them and members of the public. He was eventually charged under Sections 5 (1) and (6) of the Public Order Act 1986 and released on bail on the condition that he did not preach in public.

At a preliminary hearing on Friday in Workington magistrates’ court, Mr Mcalpine pleaded not guilty and he is now awaiting a trial date. The two PCSOs are expected to attend as witnesses. Shoppers in Workington were bemused by what had happened to Mr Mcalpine. Rob Logan, the assistant manager of the O2 mobile phone store near where Mr Mcalpine preached, said he had no complaints. ‘He hands out leaflets, he says his piece and then he leaves,’ said Mr Logan. ‘He is not aggressive or threatening. He is gentle.’

The Rev Arthur Bentley-Taylor, 68, vicar of the Emmanuel evangelical church where Mr McAlpine worships, said: ‘As far as I am concerned, this is about free speech. If we arrested everybody who said something we found offensive, everyone would be in prison.’ The Public Order Act 1986 has been used by the police in a number of similar cases, including that of Ben and Sharon Vogelenzang, the Christian hoteliers cleared earlier this year of insulting a Muslim guest at their Liverpool hotel. In 2002 pensioner Harry Hammond was convicted under Section 5 of the Public Order Act. When preaching in Bournemouth, Mr Hammond held up a sign saying: ‘Stop Immorality’, ‘Stop Homosexuality’, ‘Stop Lesbianism’, ‘Jesus is Lord’.

In 2006, police arrested and charged Christian campaigner Stephen Green for handing out leaflets at a Gay Pride festival in Cardiff. The case was dropped. Last night Cumbria police said there was no one available to comment on Mr Mcalpine’s case.

How long until Christians are blackmailed for daring to speak? By PETER HITCHENS

Revolutions do not always involve guillotines or mobs storming palaces. Sometimes they are made by middle-aged gentlemen in wigs, sitting in somnolent chambers of the High Court. Sometimes they are made by police officers and bureaucrats deciding they have powers nobody knew they had, or meant them to have. And Britain is undergoing such a revolution – quiet, step-by-step, but destined to have a mighty effect on the lives and future of us all.

The Public Order Act of 1986 was not meant to permit the arrest of Christian preachers in English towns for quoting from the Bible. But it has. The Civil Partnerships Act 2004 was not meant to force public servants to approve of homosexuality. But it has. The Sexual Offences Act of 1967 was not meant to lead to a state of affairs where it is increasingly dangerous to say anything critical about homosexuality. But it did. And the laws of Britain, being entirely based upon the Christian Bible, were not meant to be used by a sneering judge to declare that Christianity had no higher status in this ancient Christian civilisation than Islam, Buddhism or Hinduism. But it has come to that this week.

How did it happen that in the course of less than 50 years we moved so rapidly from one wrong to another? Until 1967, homosexuals could be – and were – arrested and prosecuted for their private, consenting, adult acts. This was a cruel, bad law that should never have been made. It led to blackmail and misery of all kinds. Those who repealed it did so out of humanity and an acceptance that we need to live in peace alongside others whose views and habits we do not share. No such generous tolerance is available from the sexual revolutionaries.

Now, as the case of Dale MacAlpine shows, we are close to the point where a person can be prosecuted for saying in public that homosexual acts are wrong. And officers of the law, once required to stay out of all controversy, get keen official endorsement when they take part in open political demonstrations in favour of homosexual equality. We have travelled in almost no time from repression, through a brief moment of mutual tolerance, to a new repression. And at the same time, the freedom of Christians to follow their beliefs in workplaces is under aggressive attack. Small and harmless actions, offers of prayer, the wearing of crucifixes, requests to withdraw from duties, are met with official rage and threats of dismissal, out of all proportion.

How long before Christians are being blackmailed by work colleagues, for daring to speak their illegal views openly? Daily the confidence of the new regime grows. The astonishing judgment of Lord Justice Laws last week, in which he pointedly snubbed Lord Carey, a former Archbishop of Canterbury, and mocked the idea that Christianity had any special place in our society, is a warning that this process has gone very deep and very far. The frightening thing is that it has not stopped, nor is it slowing down. What cannot be said in a Workington street will soon be unsayable anywhere. And if Christianity has officially ceased to be the basis of our law and the source of our state’s authority (a view which makes nonsense of the Coronation Service) who, and what – apart from the brute power of the manipulated mob – is to decide in future what is right, and what is not, and what can be said, and what cannot? This process, if not halted, will lead in the end to the Thought Police and the naked rule of power.

  • HOMOSEXUAL FOOTBALL CHAIRMAN JAILED OVER SEX ABUSE AGAINST YOUNG BOYS
kenneth hughes A former football club chairman who sexually abused 16 children over four decades has been jailed indefinitely.

Kenneth Hughes, 65, of White Bank Road, Oldham, pleaded guilty to 39 sexual offences at an earlier hearing. He was chairman of non-league Oldham Town at the time, and many offences took place at the club, police said. He was given an indeterminate sentence for public protection with a minimum term of seven years, at Minshull Street Crown Court.

The offences included sexual activity with a child, indecency with a child and paying for sexual services of child. Hughes abused the boys, who are not thought to have played for the club, from 1966 to 2008, police said.

    'Gifts and alcohol'

He would gain favour with boys who wanted to play football with gifts and alcohol. Det Sgt Jason Byrne, from Oldham CID, said: "He used his position of authority within the club and the community to gain the trust of innocent young boys, and then completely abused that and subjected these boys to a traumatic ordeal

We were deceived and used for what he was doing - we are disgusted
David Shepherd, Secretary of Oldham Town

"Although his abuse continued for a sustained period of time, these boys found the courage in adulthood to come forward and thanks to their bravery, his crimes have finally caught up with him and he is where he belongs - in jail. "Throughout this investigation we have worked closely with the club itself. "And I would also like to praise everyone involved for their help and professionalism during what has been an extremely difficult time. "I want to stress that these were the actions of one man - no one else."

The club changed its name to Oldham Boro, after Hughes was charged with the offences. David Shepherd, who was Secretary at Oldham Town and remains secretary of the new club, said: "We knew nothing of what was going on. "We were deceived and used for what he was doing. We are disgusted."

Secret Boy Scout 'perversion files' may blow lid off decades of sex abuse of young boys

PORTLAND, Ore.— Six boxes of evidence could blow the lid off decades of hidden sexual abuse in the Boy Scouts of America. The "perversion files," a nickname the Boy Scouts are said to have used for the documents detailing alleged abuse by troop leaders, have rarely been seen by the public. But that could all change in the coming weeks in an Oregon courtroom.

The lawyer for a man who was molested in the 1980s by a Scout leader has obtained about 1,000 Boy Scouts sex files and is expected to release some of them at a trial that began Wednesday. The lawyer says the files show how the Boy Scouts have covered up abuse for decades. The trial is significant because the files could offer a rare window into how the Boy Scouts have responded to sex abuse by Scout leaders. The only other time the documents are believed to have been presented at a trial was in the 1980s in Virginia. At the start of the Oregon trial, attorney Kelly Clark recited the Boy Scout oath and the promise to obey Scout law to be "trustworthy." Then he presented six boxes of documents that he said will show "how the Boy Scouts of America broke that oath." He held up file folder after file folder he said contained reports of abuse from around the country, telling the jury the efforts to keep them secret may have actually set back efforts to prevent child abuse nationally.

"The Boy Scouts of America ignored clear warning signs that Boy Scouts were being abused," Clark said. Charles Smith, attorney for the national Boy Scouts, said in his own opening statement the files were kept under wraps because they "were replete with confidential information." Smith told the jury the files helped national scouting leaders weed out sex offenders, especially repeat offenders who may have changed names or moved in order to join another local scouting organization.

timur dykes "They were trying to do the right thing by trying to track these folks," Smith said. Clark is seeking $14 million in damages on behalf of a 37-year-old man who was sexually molested in the early 1980s in Portland by an assistant Scoutmaster, Timur Dykes. Clark said the victim suffered mental health problems, bad grades in school, drug use, anxiety, difficulty maintaining relationships and lost several jobs over the years because of the abuse.

Dykes was convicted three times between 1983 and 1994 of sexually abusing boys, most of them Scouts. Although there have been dozens of lawsuits against the organization over sex abuse allegations, judges for the most part have either denied requests for the files or the lawsuits have been settled before they went to trial. The Boy Scouts had fought to keep the files being used in the Portland trial confidential. But they lost a pretrial legal battle when the Oregon Supreme Court rejected their argument that opening the files could damage the lives and reputations of people not a party to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also named the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because the Mormons acted as a charter organization, or sponsor, for the local Boy Scouts troop that included the victim. But the church has settled its portion of the case. The Portland trial comes as the Boy Scouts are marking their 100th anniversary. "They spent a century building the Boy Scout brand," said Patrick Boyle, author of a book about sex abuse in the Boy Scouts. "It's one of the most respected organizations in the world." The trial "can only erode what they have been doing for 100 years," he said.

The Portland case centers on whether the Boy Scouts of America did enough to protect boys from Dykes. The Mormon bishop who also served as head of the Scout troop, Gordon McEwen, confronted Dykes after receiving a report of abuse by the mother of one boy in the troop in January 1983. In a video deposition played for the jury, the bishop said Dykes admitted abusing 17 boys. But McEwen said he contacted the parents of all 17 boys and the boys themselves, and none would confirm any abuse.

Dykes was arrested in 1983 and pleaded guilty to attempted sexual abuse, received probation and was ordered to stay away from children. Clark told the jury Dykes continued with his scouting activities until he was arrested in July 1984 during a routine traffic stop while he was driving a van full of Scouts on a camping trip. A spokesman for the Boy Scouts of America at its headquarters in Irving, Texas, said in a statement the organization cannot comment on details of the case. But it has worked hard on awareness and prevention efforts, including background checks. "Unfortunately, child abuse is a societal problem and there is no fail-safe method for screening out abusers," Deron Smith said.

  • AMERICAN BOY SCOUTS PAY $18.5m TO MAN FOR ABUSE BY HOMOSEXUAL SCOUT LEADER
timur dykes A jury in Portland, Oregon on Friday ordered the Boy Scouts of America to pay 18.5 million dollars in punitive damages to a man who was abused by a Scout leader in the 1980s, local media reported.

The verdict was part of the punitive damages segment of the trial, as the jury in the northwestern US city earlier awarded victim -- which The Oregonian newspaper identified as Kerry Lewis, now 38 -- one million dollars for the pain and suffering. Lewis said during the trial that he was abused five times when he was between 11 and 12 years old by his then-scoutmaster in Portland, and that the experience led him to drug addiction and difficulty in establishing intimate relationships.

The alleged abuser, Timur Dykes, now 53, admitted after the incidents that he was a serial molester. He has been convicted three times for sex abuse against boys. The trial is unique in that it has forced the Boy Scouts, which celebrates its centennial this year, to submit to the court for the first time in 20 years documents detailing sexual abuse recorded by the organization. Although the group has been sued dozens of times over sex abuse, most cases settled out of court, which ensured the records were kept confidential.

Lewis's lawyer, Kelly Clark, wrote on his website, www.boyscoutabuse.com, that victims may feel "an added sense of guilt about bringing legal action against an organization that many view in a positive light, one that no doubt has helped many boys, and, indeed, an organization that stresses 'loyalty' as one of its core values." By Oregon law, 60 percent of the verdict goes to the state's crime victim's compensation fund, The Oregonian reported.

tam paton WHAT A BRASS NECK FROM A HOMOSEXUAL PAEDOPHILE IN DEATH WHO HAD A HISTORY OF ABUSING YOUNG BOYS

Shamed Bay City Rollers guru Tam Paton leaves cash to kids' charity in will SEX offender Tam Paton has left a chunk of his £2.6million fortune to a children's charity. The hated Bay City Rollers supremo, who served three years for molesting teenage boys, ordered that part of his estate should go to the Rachel House children's hospice in Kinross.

The World Wildlife Fund, Dogs Trust, Cancer Research and the Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will also get shares of Paton's cash. Paton was cleared in 1977 of raping Rollers guitarist Pat McGlynn in a hotel room. But five years later, he was convicted of sex offences against two boys. When 25-stone Paton, 70, died last April after collapsing with a heart attack in the plunge pool at his Edinburgh mansion, McGlynn said: "This is the best news I've had in ages. I hope he's roasting in hell." And Rollers singer Les McKeown branded Paton "a thug, a predator and a drug dealing b*****d". Paton was fined twice for cannabis offences but denied claims he made much of his money from dealing the drug.

He said he got rich from shrewd property investments. He owned a £1.1million mansion in Gogar, Edinburgh, and four flats in the capital worth nearly £500,000. Paton also had more than £1million in stocks and shares. The Rollers chased him for years before his death, claiming he owed them a fortune in royalties.

T-Shirts That Say ‘Straight Pride’…Compare It To ‘White Supremacy’ And Say Shirts ‘Promote Harassment And Bullying’

Todd Starnes: Gay pride is just fine but Straight pride is homophobic and racist, according to some gay and lesbian advocacy groups.

The “Straight Pride” t-shirts were being sold by a vendor at a Tea Party Express rally in Lansing, MI. “It’s like white supremacy,” Penny Gardner, president of the Lansing Association for Human Rights, told The Michigan Messenger. “It’s as if they are saying the idea of supremacy is somehow the American way. The American way is about equality, and equality is all we’re looking for.”

David Holtz, executive director of Progress Michigan, agreed. “What’s troubling is the idea they are getting support and clearly making money off a vendor who is making money off discrimination against gay and lesbian people,” Holtz told the newspaper. “And they think that’s OK. That’s what’s troubling.” “It’s veiled homophobia in action, and peddling homophobia and profiting from it are both immoral and unacceptable,” said Rea Carey, executive director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force.

One of the t-shirts was apparently worn by a teenager and that set off even more outrage within the ranks of gays and lesbians. “It’s sad and troubling that some parents instill values of exclusion and teach their children to disrespect and bully those who are different from them,” Daryl Presgaves of the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network told the newspaper. “These shirts promote harassment and bullying of actual or perceived LGBT youth, plain and simple. We hope the parents at the very least have the common sense and decency to not let their children wear such shirts to school…”

  • The Holy See's second-highest prelate after the Pope has blamed homosexuals for the paedophile crisis. Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, the Vatican's Secretary of State, said that the child rape scandal that is threatening the moral authority of the Roman Catholic Church worldwide is linked to homosexuality and not celibacy among priests. Other Vatican clerics have sought to deflect criticism from the Catholic hierarchy by blaming the media, and one retired bishop was even reported earlier this week to have blamed the Jews.

Cardinal Bertone made the comments during a news conference on Monday in Chile, where one of the church's highest-profile paedophile cases involves a priest having sex with young girls. Cardinal Bertone said: "Many psychologists and psychiatrists have demonstrated that there is no relation between celibacy and paedophilia. But many others have demonstrated, I have been told recently, that there is a relation between homosexuality and paedophilia. That is true. That is the problem."

  • HOMOSEXUAL PRIESTS BRINGING DOWN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
pope The Zionist media have been feeding us bullshit for far to long on gay rights.

What they fail to tell us when reporting on the recent accumulating evidence of paedophile priests is that the vast majority of those abuses were instigated by HOMOSEXUAL priests who like in many areas of life , high flying heads of industry are rife with paedophiles who have been protected by a corporate complicit media and a judiciary safeguarding homosexuals supposed RIGHTS at the utter expense of the children exposed to perverts hiding behind the institutions that are there primarily to uphold the moral and religious rights of our citizens.

The vast bulk of the Zionist led media have agenda's which DON'T include ensuring they report that abuse as homosexual paedophilia imposed against vulnerable young boys who seem to be far less important to a mass media that has been pushing a homosexual agenda for far to long . This media propaganda stating that we should accept homosexuality as the NORM can only ensure the continued agenda of many homosexuals to reduce the age of consent so they can impose their very warped sexual appetites on our youngsters and to be accepted by the vast bulk of the population AS THE NORM . We can say with certainty that heterosexual men's and father's groups across the globe will NEVER accept a world were homosexuals are allowed to get away with murder such as the many homosexual priests who have had their abuse covered up for so long by the church and complicit media alike.

The Roman empire fell because of the hedonistic and warped perversions that allowed homosexuality to dramatically increase. It is that same roman power and control that is presently encapsulating the Catholic church in a worldwide condemnation of the protection of perverted homosexual priests hiding behind a facade of respectability and part of the cloth.
