HELPING THE HOMELESS AT CHRISTMAS
We seldom if ever ask for donations to any cause , however having been in contact, for some time now , with Oliver who runs the Twist soup kitchen in Ireland we have found them to be one of the few honest brokers who are helping the homeless.
There are many on this group who struggle with their own problems and cannot be expected to put their hand into already empty pockets but if there is anyone with even the smallest amount to spare for donating to Twist it will definitely be helping those on the streets thanks to the appalling austerity gripping Europe.

If you are arranging Christmas presents for your family and friends spare a thought and a penny for the men floundering on the streets who are being kept alive only by the hard work of Oliver and his staff. If this is successful in Ireland they may be able to expand further afield.

Rates of suicide and depression are on the rise in Spain as the unemployment figures in the country reach a record high. So is this the human cost of austerity?
WORLD'S LEGAL MAFIA STOP MEN HAVING A PERMANENT ROOF OVER THEIR HEAD
The biggest crisis facing men worldwide is the extreme threat to keeping a permanent roof over their head. Despite the controlled media ranting endlessly on about the threat of terrorism the biggest threat to ALL men globally is the judicial and legal mafia terrorists who have a complete monopoly over the sale of property and the repossession (theft) that sees millions of men being made homeless on the back of the freemasonic control at the heart of London and the cabal of lawyers and judges they control globally in an enormous web of deceit.

This is a conspiracy so vast no could believe that the same EVIL bastards have taken control of every property and business , not only from Lands End to John o'Groats, but from the North to South Poles.

They have documented in tightly controlled legal archives every land title deed that oversees how men can temporarily get property using their mortgage scams, but that lasts only until a major legal case comes in to bankrupt and throw them out on the streets en masse. Despite the mass media doing everything to distract attention away from this grime outlook, former male victims are uniting and fighting back against these mobsters to ensure the BIGGEST RACKET GLOBALLY is exposed endlessly and until the vast majority of men, not part of their creepy satanic network, can understand fully the repercussions of avoiding what faces every man eventually , in that the most vitally important issue that protects them and their family can, at a the stroke of a solitary masonic judicial pen, be stolen with complete impunity under the guise of these scum and filth's supposed independence and made up laws.

These monsters have written their own laws that ensures they and their Crown criminal associates can prosper from the long term fleecing of men, who as yet are not fully aware of the enormity of how easily mens lives can be destroyed thanks to the most wicked system of LAW that encompasses the globe like some deadly virus wiping out trillions of pounds of mens wealth at a stroke of a masonic pen and while vast numbers of men have been psychologically tortured to the point of suicide. Until that message becomes loud and clear and with a global awareness that reaches the hearts and minds of the vast majority of men teetering on the edge of life by ignoring the screams of the men already victims of these bastards, the mass murder of men by stealth will continue unabated . That is something we intend not to happen, as we know their property, bank and mortgage racketeering is in turmoil globally thanks to the efforts of the male victims raising awareness of this global threat to men no matter where they live and at what level those men think they presently reside.

No man can sit back and totally enjoy their castle large or small when there are a trail of these scum and filth waiting in the background to start the seizure of everything, whether those legal matters are triggered by a family member, in particular a golddigging ex-wife, or some fictitious legal case instigated to ensure those, who think they are safest, are the one's most likely to face the brutal boot of their thug bailiffs and cops. Lackeys only to happy to carry out the most horrendous actions that make all wars pale next to being ruthlessly kicked out onto the street with nothing but a mountain of debt and bankruptcy to keep their victims company.

No matter how hard we try to express the seriousness of this extreme situation it is only fully understood when actions are triggered against an individual who will then realise the enormity of the impact on the lives ruined by this EVIL cabal that encircles the globe.

Your latest posting about "WORLD'S LEGAL MAFIA STOP MEN HAVING A PERMANENT ROOF OVER THEIR HEAD" is also 100% correct . We live in a country where men just stand back and pay the government the money in "A Thank You" just for being unlucky for having a marrage dissolved. When I first found out about this CSA when I was in my teens I thought it was a joke as why should any man pay his "wife-government" the privilege of breaking up. Men in this fucking country are Ball & Brain dead they just pay it and accept it.

I have been married for the last 18 years and would never divorce to pay the country and the Jew run media and political parties the privilege. Your website states EXACTLY what I have been saying for the last 25+ years but no one listened to me and those who did just said "what can you do" my answer was Fucking riot as the UK is a piss take but as usual UK men are brain & ball dead.

Folks in this country are brain dead and cannot be arsed with any stress as they are so wrapped up in the "Beat the Joneses" to even give it a thought. Us who know the score are like a mouse fighting a gorilla but if everyone did as the french do and riot maybe we could change things. The only thing that makes it a pipe dream is the Jew run media who control the Free speech in this country. They were not kicked out of every country in Europe for nothing.

    Cheers sullers

UK JOBCENTRES TRICKING THE VULNERABLE TO MEET GOVERNMENT TARGETS VIDEO

Jobcentres 'tricking' people out of benefits to cut costs, says whistleblower. Soaring number of sanctions against unemployed amid claims that DWP staff are being told to trip people up with paperwork. Rising numbers of vulnerable jobseekers are being tricked into losing benefits amid growing pressure to meet welfare targets, a Jobcentre Plus adviser has told the Guardian. A whistleblower said staff at his jobcentre were given targets of three people a week to refer for sanctions, where benefits are removed for up to six months. He said it was part of a "culture change" since last summer that had led to competition between advisers, teams and regional offices.

"Suddenly you're not helping somebody into sustainable employment, which is what you're employed to do," he said. "You're looking for ways to trick your customers into 'not looking for work'. You come up with many ways. I've seen dyslexic customers given written job searches, and when they don't produce them -- what a surprise -- they're sanctioned. The only target that anyone seems to care about is stopping people's money. "'Saving the public purse' is the catchphrase that is used in our office ... It is drummed home all the time -- you're saving the public purse. Feel good about stopping someone's money, you've just saved your own pocket. Its a joke." The claims came as the big businesses handed contracts to get the long term jobless into worktoday said the government should privatise jobcentres so that their firms could work with people who have been jobless for less than a year.

Statistics from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) show the total number of cases where people have lost their benefits has soared since the beginning of 2010 to 75,000 in October, the latest month available. The figures also reveal the number of claimants with registered disabilities being cut off has more than doubled to almost 20,000 over the same period. This follows a change in the rules in April last year where sanctions were extended to claimants who were late for jobcentre interviews and other less serious offences. When a claimant is sanctioned their jobseeker's allowance is stopped. They then have to apply for hardship payments, which are usually about half the allowance, or just over £30 a week. John, in Wigan, has been sanctioned for six months and says he has to rely on food parcels and must sleep on his friend's couch. "It's left me in a state of depression. I've lost weight, I'm tired ... I feel like I've been attacked for no reason."

How the Royals and their henchmen seized the world's resources using THEIR laws

The aphorism "The poor are always with us" dates back to the New Testament, but while the phrase is still sadly apt in the 21st century, few seem to be able to explain why poverty is so widespread. Activist filmmaker Philippe Diaz examines the history and impact of economic inequality in the third world in the documentary The End of Poverty?, and makes the compelling argument that it's not an accident or simple bad luck that has created a growing underclass around the world.

Diaz traces the growth of global poverty back to colonization in the 15th century, and features interviews with a number of economists, sociologists, and historians who explain how poverty is the clear consequence of free-market economic policies that allow powerful nations to exploit poorer countries for their assets and keep money in the hands of the wealthy rather than distributing it more equitably to the people who have helped them gain their fortunes.

Diaz also explores how wealthy nations (especially the United States) seize a disproportionate share of the world's natural resources, and how this imbalance is having a dire impact on the environment as well as the economy. The End of Poverty? was an official selection at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival.

RUTHLESS NAZI-TORIES CAUSE A RISE IN HOMELESS KIDS

Children are at an increasing risk of becoming homeless as the total number living in poverty remains above 2 million, official figures show.

Figures released by the Department for Communities and Local Government revealed a sharp rise in the number of homeless households. Local council data showed 50,290 households were accepted as homeless and in priority need, a 14% increase on the year before. Almost two-thirds of these households had dependent children, the highest proportion since the statistics began to be reported in 1998. The figures also showed a rise in the number of homeless lone parents – up from 21,870 last year to 25,620 this year. Duncan Shrubsole, the director of policy at Crisis, said: "This further rise in homelessness is yet another sign of the housing crisis we face."

Last year an extra 500 households who became homeless had a mother who was pregnant – the first rise since 2004. Grant Shapps, the housing minister, said £3.4m would be available to combat homelessness – although this money has been announced twice before. The housing data was released as a political row broke out over the government's plans to change the way it measures child poverty.

Iain Duncan Smith, the welfare and pensions secretary, pointed out that 18% of children, some 2.3 million, lived in households earning £251 or less a week. The figures fall short of a pledge by Labour a decade ago, when 3.4 million children were living in poverty, to halve child poverty by 2010-11. But charities praised the fact that fewer children were now living in poverty. Matthew Reed, the chief executive of the Children's Society, said the figures showed that action since 2000 had pulled 1.1 million children out of poverty. He added: "It is shameful that over the coming decade this progress is likely to be reversed by the government's drastic cuts to support and services for the country's most vulnerable children and families. Child poverty is a scar on our national conscience."

Chris Goulden of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation had also noted that there had been "a further rise in the proportion of children in poverty whose parents have jobs. Now 61% of children in poverty have working parents, up from 45% in the mid-1990s". But ministers said it was not the lack of decent jobs or public spending cuts, but Labour's strategy of tax and spend that was to blame. In a speech Duncan Smith said: "Unless we find a way of properly measuring changes to children's life chances rather than the present measurement of income alone we risk repeating the failures of the past."

Ed Balls MP, Labour's shadow chancellor, said he was "proud that the last Labour government took over 1 million children out of poverty and enshrined in law a commitment to eradicate child poverty". He added: "With long-term unemployment rising and deep cuts to tax credits and childcare support making thousands of parents better off quitting work there is a real risk that child poverty will now rise. It's no wonder that this government is cynically trying to move the goalposts."

  • TORY SCUMBAG BORIS JOHNSON STEALS MONEY FROM THE HOMELESS
Homelessness charities demand missing £5m from Boris Johnson.

Charities fear London mayor has diverted £5.3m of government funds pledged to rough sleepers to other unspecified purposes. Homelessness charities fear that the London mayor, Boris Johnson, has skimmed off more than £5m of government funding intended to help rough sleepers and diverted it to other purposes. The cash has gone missing from Johnson's budget for support for rough sleepers, which is wholly underwritten by Whitehall. Repeated efforts by the charities have failed to win assurances that it will be restored.

At a time of rising homelessness, services for people sleeping on the streets of the capital face cutbacks or closure if the money is not reinstated. The government has transferred a total £33.8m to the London mayor to fund services for rough sleepers over four years to 2015. The allocation equates to almost £8.5m a year.

In 2011-12, the first year of the programme, spending amounted to £7.5m. Although the mayor says he plans to make good the underspend by committing £9.5m in 2012-13, his budget states that he will be investing a total of £21m across that year and the remaining two, making a total of £28.5m. This implies sharply reduced expenditure of less than £6m in each of the two latter years of the programme, after the Olympics spotlight moves away from London, and an overall underspend of £5.3m. In a joint letter to Johnson, which has been seen by the Guardian, charities providing pan-London services for rough sleepers say the figures indicate a "clear cut" of 16% in the funding entrusted to him to disburse. "The £33.8m was specifically transferred from central government to be spent on commissioning services that cannot or would not be provided at a London borough level," the letter states. "Cutting those resources can only imply that in future years such services will in turn be ended or their funding cut back …"

Johnson, who is campaigning for re-election on 3 May and has reduced his council tax demand for 2012-13, pledged previously that by the end of 2012 no one would be living on the streets of the capital and no individual arriving on the streets would sleep out for a second night. To co-ordinate activity, he set up in 2009 a delivery board to bring together work on rough sleeping across London. In recognition of its success, and in line with the government's policy of localism, the Department for Communities and Local Government devolved to him the £33.8m. The cash was not formally ringfenced for rough sleeping programmes, but Johnson's housing adviser, Richard Blakeway, assured London boroughs in February 2011 that "much of the funding is contractually committed for 2011-12 and the mayor will ringfence the remaining devolved funding to ensure that it is targeted on delivering an end to rough sleeping".

The latest estimates suggest there may be about 700 "entrenched" rough sleepers in the capital, although a survey last summer traced 2,000 people sleeping out on at least one night over a period of three months. The typical hardened rough sleeper is a man aged 26-45 from outside the UK. Those from central and eastern Europe are now thought to represent at least a third of the total. According to a survey published on 28 March, day centres across the country are seeing 25% more homeless people than in 2010 and rough sleepers constitute the majority of people at a third of all centres. One service for rough sleepers in danger of losing its funding from Johnson is the Olallo project in Camden, north London, which caters specifically for central and eastern Europeans and has money only until September.

A service that has already lost its funding, as of the end of March, was a small befriending and mentoring project for rough sleepers run by the Christian charity Housing Justice. Over the past two years, the project kept an average 17 individuals off the streets. Alison Gelder, director of Housing Justice, said: "We were told it wasn't helping the most entrenched rough sleepers and wasn't going to be refunded." Other charities fear they will hear the same message unless Johnson undertakes to restore the missing £5.3m. In the joint letter to the mayor, dated 21 March, they have asked for written confirmation that the full government grant "will be made available for its specific purpose"; that none of the cash will be used for employment programmes for groups other than rough sleepers; and that the budget will be amended accordingly. They have received no reply.

When asked at a public meeting on 7 March whether the cash would be spent "in its entirety on preventing and tackling homelessness", Johnson replied: "Yes, absolutely." He said: "Of course we are going to spend every penny that we can on dealing with the problem." Asked by the Guardian whether the mayor would guarantee that the full £33.8m would be spent on support for rough sleepers, Johnson's election campaign spokesman said: "He has committed £9.5m to rough sleeping for 2012-13 and this funding has allowed him to extend the successful No Second Night Out scheme to the whole of London which has helped over 800 people in a year. "Since 2008, there as been a three-quarters reduction in the most entrenched rough sleepers and 80% of new rough sleepers now spend just one night on the streets. We cannot go back to the waste and neglect of the previous administration and Boris will build on this strong foundation in a second term."

GIVE TO THE HOMELESS DIRECTLY NOT THROUGH TRUMPED UP CHARITIES
Mark Johnson: "At least the money I give to a street beggar leaves my hand and reaches his before another large, greedy hand can snatch most of it away."

Spend any time in central London and perhaps, like me, you've noticed an increase in the number of bodies lining the streets. I'm talking about the shadowy, recumbent figures of the homeless. Statistics bear this out: the government's own show a rise last year of 14% in homelessness and 23% in rough sleeping. The last government increased funding for homeless shelters but also kept the homeless out of sight by criminalising them. Various laws and antisocial behaviour orders (asbos) were used to make central London streets more pleasant for those with a bed to go to.

When I was homeless no one could arrest me for it. Now all rough sleepers know they are only safe from arrest outside the asbo line, so they sleep just beyond it. You can find the line simply by walking London's streets at night. The coalition government has continued to criminalise the vulnerable, sad, addicted and sick who make up most of our homeless population. It has also cut funding for services by more than 25%. Since homeless people are the opposite of the Olympian ideal, God only knows what measures they will experience to keep them out of sight this summer.

Homeless people present the thoughtful Guardian reader with a dilemma. It's hard to walk past the hollow-eyed guy who looks like he hasn't eaten for a week without putting anything in his paper cup. On the other hand, your money could be spent on the drink or drugs that fuel his self-destruction. One woman, who feared that by giving money to a homeless man she was banging another nail in his coffin, recently told me that she had instead given him an apple. I replied that he didn't need an apple; he almost certainly needed drink or drugs to blot out the reality of living on the streets – which is unhealthy, dangerous and frightening – as well as to help him forget the reasons he's there. No one is homeless by choice.

It's OK by me if a homeless person spends my money on drink or drugs. When I was homeless I found it very hard to beg, but people who did give me money were preventing a crime, because the money meant I didn't have to steal in order to eat or to feed my addiction. And, frankly, it's none of your business where an addict is on his journey. If your money funds the final hit, accept that the person would rather be dead. If your act of kindness makes him wake up the next morning and decide to change his life, that's nice but not your business either. Your business is to know that money desperately needed by someone went directly into his hand. Pause before you give your earnings over to those smiling, healthy, legal street beggars: charity chuggers. I know from experience that a high proportion of donations is wasted on administration and on the public relations machine that persuades us what a good job the charity is doing. The employment opportunities the charities create are not among the people they claim to help. No, the money goes to employees far removed from poverty, further excluding the target group.

Before you give, find out how much of your money will be delivered to the people you want to help. Since historically charities' income isn't public money, an inappropriate level of accountability remains. At least the money I give to a street beggar leaves my hand and reaches his before another large, greedy hand can snatch most of it away.

A LESSON IN SHOWING KINDNESS TO THE 'DESTITUTE'
IN life he was known for his obsessive thriftiness and he cut a forlorn figure during winter in his trademark dufflecoat, ill-fitting trousers and canvas pumps.

To the casual observer Gordon Hewitt may have appeared to be virtually destitute as he delivered and sold newspapers on the streets of Huddersfield, where he was a familiar face for decades. But now, 14 months after his death at the age of 71, it can be revealed Mr Hewitt was a wealthy man after many years of assiduous saving. His fortune amounted to more than £250,000, much of it squirrelled away in at least 20 savings and investment accounts.

Six lady friends benefited from his will but, strangely, at least three of them barely knew him. Ann, 63, a married mother-of-two from Huddersfield, was working as a shop assistant in the Wilkinson’s store in the West Yorkshire town when she first met him as a customer in 1988. Although they only chatted a handful of times over the years, Mr Hewitt remembered her kindness as he made his will. “He told me that he was brought up by women and didn’t like men,” she told the Yorkshire Post. “He never bought much, maybe a box of matches, but he seemed to like the kindness of women. He told me he would leave me something in his will but I told him to look after himself. “I never knew where he lived; I felt sorry for him when he was out in the snow in very thin canvas pumps. He was very grateful for the friendship.

“Because of his unkempt appearance people would shy away from him. People would laugh and make fun of him. “I would like to publicly acknowledge that Gordon did have a genteel side and he only wanted to pass the time of day. “I am not able to thank him but I want the people of Huddersfield to know that he was kind and generous.”

Other recipients of the cash were shocked at the size of the sums involved - and that he kept his word. One woman, 70, who asked not to be named, wasn’t expecting much more than £50 and assumed he was virtually broke. “I couldn’t believe it, I thought it was a mistake. I danced with him at a club on a Sunday night. Other people would take the mickey out of him, which I didn’t like.

“He would turn up at the dance in his dufflecoat and trousers which were too short. I didn’t know about his money – he must have lived very frugally.” Another woman, in her 50s, had chatted to Mr Hewitt in the street near his home on a few dozen occasions. “He hinted at a will but I thought he was talking rubbish,” she said. “I was gobsmacked (at the money). He did once tell me that he liked women and not men.”

Former neighbours in Winton Street, Lockwood, Huddersfield, recalled Mr Hewitt’s obsessive approach to saving money. He never put the heating on, ate for free at churches and relied on the same dufflecoat for years. David Cheeseman, 68, said: “I have known him for over 50 years and he was always eccentric and comical in his manner. I told him many times to look after himself and install central heating in his house. He just laughed.”

Friend and neighbour Jean Buckley said Mr Hewitt had lived in the same house all his life, going through two marriages and divorces. She recalled his thrifty ways as something of an obsession. According to her, he helped out at a soup kitchen just for the free soup and would call into churches for the warmth. His hobbies were watching crown green bowling and sitting in the pub, although he would rarely have more than one orange juice all evening, according to friends.

“He used to sit in his Reliant Robin reading a newspaper with the light on so he didn’t have to turn the light on in the house. He was just a character,” said Mrs Buckley. “We knew he had some money, but not this much. I hope the six women enjoy the money more than he did.”
